Clock Tower is an aloof, quiet Pidge who prefers to spend time with herself, rather than partake in the chatter and gossip of the other seamstresses. She was born atop a street clock in the center of a park, where she grew up watching the group of local artists that gathered there. One in particular, a painter, captured her fancy right away. Forgoing her natural fear of humans, she would frequently fly down to his area to collect as much leftover paint as possible, wishing that she, too, could be an artist. When the day came that the painter no longer appeared at the park, Clock Tower, brokenhearted, left her perch atop the street clock and sought out a new home. Eventually she joined up with Happy Hour's gang, and has been a stable member ever since. Though she greatly enjoys her work as a seamstress, Clock still longs to one day meet the painter again, and become an artists like him.
