Response:
Perfect marriage proposal? Hah feeble human! You shall wish you had never asked my perfect marriage proposal. You see, it is not truly about the proposal but rather the conquest the opposite sex must endure in order to figure out the ideal proposal. Yes, that's right! A conquest! A marriage proposal shouldn't be easy. Nope, it has to be hard, cruel, challenging, and misleading just like life!
In this conquest, my poor boyfriend must travel around the WORLD to the 8 Keepers of Proposal. Eight because it is my favorite number, thus 8 is the magical number, the evil number, the number he will NEVER FORGET because it is my favorite number. Ok... Anyway! The 8 Keepers of Proposal purpose is to carry one hint about my ideal proposal. At the same time, they will judge my future husband to be because that is what friends do. I am not marrying an unworthy person that could have bewitched me into thinking he's something special. Love is blind! Love is blind I tell you!
Right, back to topic. Ok so the 8 Keepers of Proposal should be my 8 closest friends. Right now, I have 4 of the 8 positions filled so maybe.... just maybe Shikai/Starr get to have a lovely position eh? Bwahahaha! That right there should make my proposal pwn any other proposals!
Ah but Elvish, you're not answering the prompt! Tsk tsk! Ok ok.... fine you win! The irony of it all is that.... will all of the traveling and interrogations the guy will face, my idea proposal is just so simple. Is it so much to ask for a white bunny, wearing a red ribbon to hop towards me with the engagement ring tied on it? Apparently yes if the guy wants to stick around after the conquest. Bwahahahaha!

Response: My perfect marriage proposal will take place at a relatively fancy diner, on me and my significant other's anniversary <3 It will have been a long, loving relationship, and we've been together for quite a few years, and we eat our romantic dinner. After dessert, as we're talking about silly things, he suddenly kisses me and gets down on the ground, and pulls out a bouquet of pretty roses, and holding the roses together is a ring. He then looks at me with uber-seriousness on his face, and asks if I will marry him. And then I'll be so happy, and say 'Yes!', and we'll kiss again and get married :3 Word Count: 111

Response: My idea of the perfect marriage proposal is…well, I would like it to be a real surprise. I’d like it to not be predictable, like on a holiday like Valentines Day or New Years, but of course I don’t want it to happen in some Domino’s Pizza. I’d want it to be that way because, while I’d probably have an idea that it’s coming, I won’t be paying attention and thinking, okay, will the ring be put in the wine cup? Also, that way hopefully he’ll have put some thought into making it pleasant, surprising, joyful, and something you wouldn’t be embarrassed to tell everyone about, unlike if it was something weird like, “Oh, my husband proposed to me in a McDonalds on a day where I wanted to go out but at the same time not spend money.” Honest truth, like most girls I’ll imagine different scenarios involving dating the perfect boy, but whenever it goes to proposing my mind does a kind of skip over because I want it to be entirely a surprise. Weird, but hey, that’s how I’d like it. And as long as the desire, passion, and thought were put into the proposal, I’d probably be happy with any proposal he’d do. whee Word Count: 207
