So, my brother has a collection of birds, two he got over the Holiday, the two others he's had.
Well, for Christmas he got Huntz, a miniature Macaw. He's green, yellow and red. I believe I may have mentioned him before?
When we first got him he slightly creep`d me out because when he practiced talking, he often did it while no one else was around,
And it sounded human, and yet, as he is a bird, inhuman, because of how high-pitched and unnatural it sounded.
Also the way his pupils dilated like the T-Rex from Jurassic Park also did it for me.
So a little after Christmas, my brother's Doctor's friend's mother decided she was going to sell her African Grey Parrot, because she couldn't afford to keep him any longer,
Although, my Brother's doctor mentioned my brother to her, and his love for parrots, and that he was Autistic, and since she had a grandson that was Autistic, she wanted to give us the parrot instead of sell it to someone else.
So we got Smokey... Smokey is a demon-bird.
He's about 5 years old, and that's basically when they can easily pick up words and phrases and sounds.
Smokey is .. insane. He barks like dogs, he meows, he tells people how knock on our front door to "Hold on one minute", he imitates my parents fighting in their voices,
He makes fire alarm sounds, he laughs manically, he hisses, coughs, says "Hello" every time the phone rings..
And he has ( Not literal ) seizures all of the time.
... He reminds me of a penguin too.
