[[It's Lance and Illusa centric, however it's open for all Wraith x Naoko children ]]
"Mom.. Dad.."
After such a long absence, Lance felt like he had turned his back on his own family. Like he betrayed them. Abandoned them. Only having seen them since them until now, it felt like a stab to the heart. Upon his retrospection, it finally came to him such actions needed punishment.Thankfully, however, his endearing mother managed to save some grace.
"Get up silly. Have we ever held Zephram's absences against him when he makes his brief appearances? You've a right to find a life for yourself and a love..." Were her loving, affectionate words. His father soon agreed. However, Illusa, his dear sister, did not take such an answer to his apology sufficient to his crime. And with that, she soon stormed off, cursing Lance's name as she left.
When having to explain the reason for her reaction, Lance thought logically and sadly replied in a sorrowful manner
"...Illusa is my own sister, and yet, it's been so long since I've been with her..."

Wraith shrugged his shoulders warily. Something tugged at his mind, viciously playing on his emotions quickly although years of war had hardened his face to show no emotion. "Then that explains her reactions to you. She hasn't seen you in a long while, and most likely thought you forgot of her..."
His voice was lost as he soon began to be in his thoughts. Gazing down he continued, "Somehow, this tale sounds all too familiar. I suggest you slowly allow her to warm up to you, that is, if you still wish her in your life, and same for her with out."
Rising to his feet, the warrior spirit placed a hand on his son's shoulder, attempting to comfort him slightly.
Off in the distance, Illusa began wandering the Garden, caught in her own emotions. Tears leaked from her sullen eyes and a frown tainted her lips. Her heart ached as she fell to her knees. "...Stupid Lance..."

Naoko sighed not sure just what to do. Here were two of her children projecting hurt and at the moment she could think of nothing she could do about it. She wondered if it would be any easier if one of them had taken after her. Then again she was known to have a temper and overract to emotional situtations ... so maybe Illusa did. "I'm sure everything will sort itself out in time," she said finally wrapping arms around both Wraith and Lance.
Having been watching the whole situation from a distance the quiet Thia made a surprising choice; she followed her sister...
Though he wanted to avoid a part in the family drama around hi, Rifted took note of Thia's uncharacteristic move. She tended to keep to herself though she was always somehow there, an elegantly supportive presence for the family. He decided to keep an eye on things and climbed a nearby tree where he could observe things.
((Acy would the familiars still be a part of the new shop? Rifted will play a little different without Callix.))

Lance nuzzled into his mother's soft embrace, tenderly holding her close. The last thing he ever wanted to do was cause conflict, and yet it seemed like off of this commotion was his doing. Apologetically, he lowered his head and broke the embrace.
"I have to follow her... Not doing anything will only make matters worse. Mom.. Dad... Thank you for everything." He bowed and walked off hurriedly in the general direction Illusa stormed off to, hoping that his presence won't cause her to do anything drastic.
I'm failing my duties as a son... and as a brother.

Wraith noticed his other daughter follow Isira, and then his eldest son. He was wondering how this would all turn out and yet fretted the result. A faint nod was given to his younger son, and soon watched him as well follow his sister's path.
Illusa vigorously wipes away the tears that trickled down her face. She cursed her brother under her breath with each tear gone. A part of her had a feeling that her family would follow her... and she hated it. She wanted to be alone right now. She loved her family dearly, she cared about all of them, but this heart break was so painful it shattered what kindness she mustered.
The heart break was that of a little sister who looked up to her brother. Adored is more correct. She loved to be around him when they were younger and she considered him her best friend... and she knew it was all gone. Their childhood meaningless, all because of one spirit who wanted to take him from the family.
((I might get rid of them since really, no one really used them except you x.x; ))

Naoko watched Lance go but remained silent. She reached out to Wraith for support. "They really do have to work this out themselves don't they?" she finally admitted, mom and dad couldn't fix this.
Thia approached slowly and quietly called out, "Sister?" She wanted Illusa to know she was there. The only rift in the family should be Rifted's nickname not an acctual divide. "Please is there anything I can do?" she asked when she was close enough for her soft voice to be heard clearly.
From his perch Rifted continued to watch, more concerned now that Lance was also following. He wished he had a way to tell Thia to get out of there and let their siblings fight it out themselves, but she was already there...

Wraith nodded in silence, a frown upon his war scarred face. "Yes, they must learn that no matter what happens, there is no thicker bond than family." He moved closer to his love, and wrapped an comforting arm around her. "If they truly cannot solve it themselves, then nothing will. So for now we will wait and see and pray no more tears are shed."
Illusa looked up from her internal debate, the curses now have faded from her tongue and the tears quieted. "...Yes, Thia..?" She choked, fighting back the tears. "I'm sorry for... such a display but... Lance meant a lot to me... he meant a lot to everyone..."

Naoko nodded and leaned against Wraith, comforted by his arm around her.
Thia nodded. She wasn't really one for words. "I... I know Illusa," she said reaching out a hand. "I hate to see you hurting. You are my sister we awakened together... Rifted wouldn't understand, our elder siblings went their own ways early."
Rifted continued to watch. So far so good, but soon enough Lance would be noticed...

Lance dashed off to talk with Illusa about his feelings and to apologize to her about the current situation. He could easily say that he caused much of this turmoil because of his ignorance and young heart. He didn’t immediately approach Illusa as he saw that she was being comforted by Thia. Perhaps, if he had confronted her then, Illusa would have thrown another outburst; something her heart could maybe have not handled. He also found that Rifted was in their midst, silently watching over his sisters.
The next day, Lance did talk to Illusa about his feelings and soon exchanged the conversation to Illusa so she can talk to him about hers. Lance felt guilty knowing that being so blinded by love has cause him to forgot those around him. He wanted to make it up to her by spending that rest of the day with her. It wasn’t until then did Lance realize that even though love is a strong bond between spirits, the bond of family can be even stronger.--- With that said, Lance indeed saw the different between the two in a very painful way. Much time has passed since Illusa’s outbreak and the tensions that came about within their own family. In between then and now, the spirit that Lance would do anything for suddenly disappeared without another word to him. Lance didn’t spend any time hoping that his would-be mate was going to come back though. No, somehow Lance knew that he had been abandoned for good…
And then soon surfaced yet another child of the family. Minerva, one of the younger sisters, had not approached any of her siblings in all the time she has been in the garden. She quietly looked about and wondered if there ever came a day that she might meet those who share the same parents with her. She looked down thinking about this, soon realizing that she was outcaste for a reason. She had another father, Solitude. One that she, of all her sisters, resembled the most.

Illusa had accepted the comfort of her sister that day and began to realize she needed to let Lance have his own life... They would always be brother and sister and nothing would ever change that.
When she talked to Lance she had a wonderful time hanging out with him much as they did when they were little kids. She also apologized for her outburst too. Things seemed to finally be getting back to normal, well as normal as they could get.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Over time Illusa noticed Lance was alone more often and wondered what had happened. She approached her brother and leaned in front of him, smiling. "What's wrong, Lance?" Little did she know the spirit that caused her outbreak had left her brother... which... might just cause another if she knew the circumstances under which he vanished.
Taku sat off in the distant shadows, watching the activities of her family from afar, not wanting to be involved with any of them. She was a monstrosity. At least that's what Requiem called her since birth. It pained her to the point of turning her into this unsocial being. Her voice was nothing but the snowy wind that would occasionally blow, forever lost to the world.

Though over the past months Solace had been working hard to get to know her family, she still often felt like an outsider. There was always some awkwardness especially with her mother. She barely knew her fathers though she did really want to spend some time with Wraith; after all she was the only one to have inherited any of his extra eyes. She roamed the garden wondering what had become of her full siblings. Her sisters each had something to them of their other father, of Solitude. If one didn't know Solace's mixed parentage she'd look like she was fully a part of Wraith and Naoko's family, not tainted with the lingeage of "the enemy." "I really don't even know the whole story. He didn't seem so bad when I met him," she said to herself, speaking of a recent chance encounter with the icey spirit. She continued walking lost in thought.

Lance faintly reacted to his sister's words, looking up at her with distance in his eyes. Without noticing, a small ghost of a smile seemed to tug at the corner of his lips; a sign that shows he still loves and cares so much for his sister. Even though this heartbreak has gone on for too long, it seem like the dark chasm that Lance created around himself was doing nothing but getting bigger. He caused a ripple in his family for this spirit that he loves so much, only to be abandoned from one day to the next.
"Hello, Illusa... Ah, I'm fine.." he faintly mumbled, cursing the weakness in his voice that showed that blatantly contradicted his words.
Silent and reserved, Minerva walked along the same route she always have; a cold and icy vibe surrounded her as she walked. Looking up, Minerva could sense that her two other sisters watched the Wraith and Naoko children with almost a faint sense of envy and belonging. She herself have never taken that first step to talk to her other sisters. Minerva wondered if they hated their father, Solitude, for outcasting them from the other children. If it wasn't for Solitude perhaps they would be better situated with the other children.
"And if they hate him... Then they would hate me." Minerva softly whispered as she looked down on herself, noting her striking resemblance to Solitude.

Illusa shook her head in disappointment and continued to smile. "Don't fib. Daddy says its a bad habit. So... What's bugging you?" Reaching out she poked his nose. "Please tell me?" A giggle escaped her lips. To her things were normal but for her brother... they weren't.
Taku continued to watch the activities of her family. Sadness overtook her as she fought back the tears which pleaded to be freed. She didn't want to be alone... She wanted at least one friend in the family. But how could she make friends if she couldn't speak? She had no voice of her own and not the faintest idea how to find a friend without one... It was very troubling and pained her greatly. She believed she was better off never born.
The "problem" of all this pain for three beautiful daughters, stood amongst the trees and brush of the forest. The tree closest to him began to coat with ice, the leaves of the bushes below looking like icy sculptures. His fiery gaze stared at the scene before him, watching like a spectator would a play. Although he had little feeling, what he could muster, he did care for his daughters. Since he arrived in the garden again, freed of the Mire spirit vengeance that was in him, he watched his daughters from afar to make sure they were alright. It seemed as if they weren't fully taken under the wing of Naoko and Wraith. Would that mean he would have to take them in...?

When Solace finally noticed her surroundings, it was to see Illusa and Lance ahead aparently in conversation. She knew the two were close and didn't want to interupt. As she changed direction hoping they wouldn't realize she'd drifted so close, Solace felt as if she was being watched... "Is someone there?"

Lance looked up at her cheerful sister. Oh how happy she looked; even with a face full of concern, Illusa still let a small giggle escape her lips creating a hopeful radiance all around her. He reached out to her and gently placed a hand on her cheek, caressing it tenderly. His eyes looked into hers with less distance before he began to speak once more to her.
"Illusa... Thank you for being here with me... Perhaps things are not all right anymore. At least, for now." He wanted to continue, but his breath soon gave out on him. He gave a small pause and thought that that his words just might make his sister more worried that she should be. In reassurance for this, he decided to continue.
"But do not worry.. Just keep on smiling and things will be alright, my sister.."
Minerva continued walking as she looked up to hear a small voice off into the distance. It was timid and new to the icy spirit. Yet, at the same time, she felt that whoever the voice belonged to was one that she could trust. Deciding to trust her intuition, she walked closer to the source where the voice projected. She called out to the unanswered question.
"I am here. I am coming..."
