We've all heard of it.
We've all wondered: Should it be leagal? Is it right?
I myself think it should be leagal, because it is not our choice if a mother want's to abort. I think it's wrong but as I stated, it's not our decision. If she want's have an abortion then go ahead as long as she can go through with it and can have a clear conciunce.
What are your opinions? Do you think it's right? Should it be legal?

I have no problem with this thread, however because of its controversial topic I will be keeping an eye on it.

And before this thread goes any further, this is the warning for the thread. It's the same one as from the abortion discussion thread (sex subforum), but slightly modified. Failure to comply with this warning will result in a warning and/or being banned.

WARNING: This thread is a trial thread. I will delete it if people start flaming others, if there's rudeness or abuse, etc. This thread is meant for the discussion of abortion. If this topic bothers you, or if you feel strongly against it, LEAVE NOW.

Statements like "abortion is murder" and "don't kill your child, it's the loss of an innocent life" WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. They will earn you a warning, and if it happens again you'll be banned from the guild. I do not want people getting offended because other people can't be tactful with what they say. If you are pro/anti-abortion, then explain why. Don't just say "you're killing an innocent life" and leave it at that, because that is rude and hurtful, and you're not explaining your side of the debate.

I'm sorry for coming off offensively, but thank you for taking the time to read this. heart

I am pro-choice, all the way. I wouldn't get an abortion myself. However, it's my body - I'll do what I want with it. It's your body- You do what you want with it. I believe it should be up to the individual female and not something pushed on anyone by someone else. Just because one person feels it's wrong doesn't mean another does.

I guess I sit on the fence on this issue. I'm a little pro-choice, and I'm a little pro-life. I would never ever get an abortion myself. However just because I am strongly against abortion, doesn't mean I would push my opinion on someone else. It's my body, my choice - their body, their choice.

Judging by that statement; you seem more pro-choice. wink

Ok fine, so maybe I am, but I can argue for either side was my point. blaugh I used to be really really pro-life, but then I realized that I was going about it wrong, and now I'm in the middle (because I can still see both sides of the issue, and argue for either side). I just choose to be more pro-choice if I'm participating in a discussion like this one. smile

In my opinion, it's good to be able to argue on eithe side. It means you understand both positions and makes you all the wiser. 3nodding

Meep! I just now got on the thread again since I didn't think anyone would be on yet and I saw you'r post ma'am..*edited first post*

I realy don't like the thought of abortion but it's none of our buisness as to what a mother wants to do during her pregnancy..That's just my opinion.
I once read something about a girl who had one then turned around and sued the man who did the abortion for preforming it. oO

That's like suing the cigarette company once you get lung cancer. Even after, they themselves, warn you that you could get cancer for using their products. o.O
Or it's like you trying to sue the alcohol company after drunk driving and hitting someone. I guess you get what I am trying to say. sweatdrop

Excactly.
I guess the mother had gotten a bad guilt-trip and took it out on the guy for doing his job.
Tck,tck,tck..I'll never understand the human mind.

It's not a problem. heart I had already edited your post to say "(in my opinion)", but you edited it further, so thank you for that. Don't worry, I'm not a complete Nazi, I just don't want people getting offended, because there are some members in this guild who've had abortions.
