I would say...none. The only person in the Twilight series that is hot is James. James is the best person, vamp and human, in Twilight. He is the only reason to be a big fan of the books, the first one that is.

well edward's character is definitally hotter, but i think taylor lautner is hotter than robert pattinson, though rob is really hot 2... heart
