Storyline:

It has been about 70 years since the Kira Incident was brought to its finale. However, this was nothing in comparison to what was to come. A new Shinigami has made off with seven Death Notes and scattered them across 7 different countries: United States, Japan, China, Germany, Iraq, Greece and Russia. For each person who finds the Death Note, they must make a life-altering decision: To use it, or to not use it. For each person, they have thier own reasons for thier choices, weather they be good or evil. But one thing is certain: The world is in for one hell of a roller coaster ride, and the lives of millions will rest with those who seek to stop the madness.

Rules:
1.> No Godmodding. If someone learns your character's real name and has your face in mind, you're more than likely gonna die. It is imparative you at least use an alias.

2.> If you choose to make the Shinigami eye deal, you will have 50-100 posts in the roleplay forum before your character's life ends. I will determine this with a random # roll. After all, your full life span is cut in half from the deal.

3.> At no time will a Shinigami write a person's name, unless it is the name of the Death Note owner. If they write the name of someone that is not the Death Note owner, they will die and thier lifespan will be added to the Death Note user's.

4.> Paragraph roleplay. For each post you make, you must type at least 3 full sentences. NO LEET or NET SPEAK! Thank you.

Personality: Towards his clients/victims: cold, uncaring, distrustful, in it for the money and nothing else. Toward his men/women: Caring, protective, a good leader, someone to trust your secrets in and to go to for advice on romantic matters.
Bio: Captain of the Silver Claws, an underground group of assassins for hire. Extremely few know what his real name is, but most call him Captain or The Captain, except for a few syndicates which have given him their own names. No one really knows where he's from, but maybe his best friend and second in command Vlad, who met him in Wales. He created the Silver Claws and has led them for eight years, since he was 19, and has only lost three of his men over all of them. He is very loyal to his underlings and tries to protect them best he can, picking out which would be most suited for a job and who the job would be least dangerous for. He goes into depression each time one of his subordinates are killed or critically injured. He found the Death Note while he visited a client in Russia. he sees it as an opportunity to take more dangerous jobs and not get himself or any of his subordinates hurt. The Silver Claws work in pairs or alone depending on the person's strength and/or disposition, only working in larger groups against a specially dangerous target or against a series of targets. The captain oversees all jobs working through a series of networks of cameras as well as micro sized personal cameras on each of his subordinate's persons. His only thought is the safety of his people and would take a bullet or two for any of them.

Bio: Kiri is a student by day, hacker by 5:30 p.m. till 2:25 a.m. She's accomplished hacker and hasn't been caught once, though when she started she caused a bit of chaos, just for the fun of it of course. Daughter of a former IBS hacker who was killed in duty with his team she has hacking in her blood, though she hid it from the agents who watched her, looking for a prospective replacement hacker when her father died. She now lives alone, getting a monthly check from the government as her father had been her only family. She is a complete otaku, obsessed with anime, manga, as well as internet gaming and a little cosplaying on the side. She's actually a famed player on the popular net game "The World" nicknamed "The Shadow Swordstress". A good friend and ally of the Captain, though they've never met in person (she's probably take one look and want him to get him to try cosplay). She's heard of the Death Notes, but in all reality just the idea of them annoys her. She greatly dislikes killing and if she's asked about what she would do with a Death Note she'd probably answer, "Burn it, war kills enough people these day, and anyway we aren't death gods, humans have no right to take the lives of others." By the way, she's an antiwar activist too, though she loves her fighting games.
