Zarel stands in the lockerroom, getting ready for his upcoming match. Lilith walks in.
Lilith: Congratulations on defeating the Undertaker last week, Zarel.
Zarel turns to face her. "Well, thank you. Last week was quite refreshing to me. To finally pin the Phenom in the center of the ring, with no controversy was just what I needed."
Lilith: It looks like you still have your work cut out for you this week, as you must now face your twin brother in order to advance to the world championship match next week.
Zarel: That's true, and I know better than anyone just how difficult that's going to be. But I do intend to get it done.

Jarel walks in and stands on the other side of Lilith looking over at Zarel. "Mind if I cut in here? Excuse us Lilith."
lilith walks out.
"Ok, now let's get one thing straight. Tonight ain't personal for me. It's business. Another world championship to add to the resume. Now I brought the family together back in EEW for a reason. Judging by what I saw last week, it seems like you've learned your lesson. You beat the Undertaker all on your own. Nobody ran out to help you, you didn't hold his tights, knock out the ref and bash him with a chair, nothing. You went out their and fought like I do. What I want to know is, do you intend to do the same with me this week?"

Zarel looks over at his brother. "Like you said, for you, this is just business. For me, this is personal. Just like last week against the Undertaker. I have a point to prove. That point is simply that I can beat you on my own. So you don't have to worry. I don't have anyone waiting in the ranks to blindside you. I don't need it. Tonight, the Monster meets the Dragon one on one, the this time the monster wins."

Jarel nodded. "That's what I wanted to hear. Now, get this. I got another little piece of business to handle real soon here. Look at this."
Jarel walks over to the TV they keep in the lockerroom and puts a tape of last week's show in. The tape starts with Draze's interview last week.
"Listen to this and see if you see my problem."

Zarel listens to the interview. "Well, I have a little problem in that he didn't mention me. What am I, some second rate wrestler to him?"

"Oh sorry." Zarel smirks. "Who'd have thought that the great Dragon would admit he has an ego? Anyway, i see the issue here. Did he call you a legend in the making? Haven't you been at this for years now?"

Jarel turns the tape off. "That's my point. I was main eventing with the likes of Shawn Michaels, Kane, the Rock, Hogan, Brock Lesnar, and the Undertaker while he was just trying to get his foot in the door. I built XCW into the mainstream powerhouse that ECW always wanted to be. Hell, I'm pretty damn sure I gave him one of his first jobs in the business. I've beaten the best, become a 12 time world champion, multiple tag champion. I've got a list of victims in hell in a cell that are definitely a who's who of sports entertainment. Furthermore, i've got so many guys breathing down my neck trying to get the next crack at trying to end my hell in a cell streak I think I'm starting to get a rash. When I got inducted into the WWCW hall of fame, the Phenom himself bowed to me and acknowledged me as a legend, as did the Maverick. And now I'm a legend in the making?"

"Depends on what happens tonight. If I beat you and he beats Kane, I'm going to give him a legendary a** kicking the likes of which he's never seen. If one of us loses, then I'll settle it after the title is decided. If both of us lose, I'm going to beat him within an inch of his life at Showdown." Jarel began to pace. "Normally I don't think about my status very much. I never much cared. But when you've hit the point where all of your peers respect you and call you a legend, when they're lining up to challenge you in matches you're famous for, it tends to grate on the nerves when someone tries to demean that by making you seem like less than what you are. I'm going to show him first hand one of these days why I am a legend. I'm going to show him first hand why all of greats have fallen before me. But first, I'm going to focus on you and the match we've got coming up. This is our night to shine. When you come out to that ring, you'd better be ready."

"Look, when i said legend in the making I meant that most legendary wrestlers are retired or dead. You're still in the biz! That, and if case you forgot, I've been out for a while!"

Jarel smirks. "It seems you've forgotten a few legends that are right here in SEWF, namely Shawn Michaels and the Undertaker. And you're right, you have been out a while. That's why you made a cardinal mistake. You crossed the Dragon, a man that has beaten every living legend in the business and a few dead ones too. Hell hath no fury like a Dragon scorned. You'd do well to remember that."
