Lavender Panne Cotta
Serves 12 - 14
What you need:
Bowl with cold water
A pan
Sieve
Short stout wine glasses (or small decorative bowls, or silicon mould)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lavender
0,5dl milk
9 - 10 clear Gelatine pages
1,25dl cream (un-whipped cream)
250 g sugar
What you need to do:
1.) Soak the Gelatine in the cold water for about 10 minutes, until very very soggy.
2.) In the pan; bring the cream, the milk, the sugar and the lavender to a simmer.
3.) Squeeze the excess water from the soaked gelatine and then add it to the cream mixture and stir till dissolved.
4.) Poor the mixture through the sieve to remove the lavender.
5.) Poor the mixture into the designated glasses, cups or silicon mould and let it harden/set for 4 hours.
Tip 6.) For decorative means sprinkle lavender on the cooled dessert and finish it off with tips of mint.
