Hey peoples! I love TDI, so I decided to start a role play about it! Yay! Rules for joining: put a post here telling who you want to be. You can only be one character, except if you can convince me, you can be two. You have to have seen at least one episode of TDI. Tell me what happened in that episode, if you can remember. (Of course, if you've seen every episode, tell me which was your favorite episode!) I think that's it. I'll put up characters later.

There's also Chris McClain, Chef Hatchet, and an unnamed character who is going to act as an asassin in disguise if any one wants them. I can't start until I get more people and an assassin.

Well, I'm going to post an intro, now. Just jump in whenever you want.
Intro: Total Drama Island was not so calm and peaceful. Not only did the show's host and chef, Chris McClain and Chef Hatchet terrorize the campers with their sick and twisted chalanges, but there was also an assassin on the loose who, for some reason, was determined to kill them all. Just who was the assassin? No one knew, and no one had even saw him/her yet...
Ooc: Wow! That was bad! Sorry, I'm really not good with intros... sweatdrop

It was difficult, the dark-haired boy figured, sitting back in his charactaristically nonchalant manner at the dock that night, to remain so very pretentious when surrounded by those who never thoroughly understood.
That was the trouble, being blessed and cursed with knowledge. One could never truly have "normal" friends, due to severely high standards and little other knowledge of social conformity. He'd been liked enough during this ridiculous competition,- enough that he would not immediately lose favour, anyway, for things besides his intelligence,- that he felt relatively safe there.
Besides the challenges, and the repugnant slop that he'd already given up trying to ingest, and the general idiocy that eminated from practically every one of his fellow campers,- besides, perhaps, Duncan, Gwen, and Heather,- the place did not seem so very awful.
Humming a complicated piano concerto to himself, the boy absently stared off into the inky glassiness of the lake's surface, his mind playing over that idea that had been posed recently, about an assassin.
Everyone else, of course, had begun to panic immediately at the news. They did not understand, it seemed. They never did. Especially when it came to matters such as this, of life and death.
What was life but a social spectacle, after all? It was this that drove Noah to being so very calm about the situation as it was, deliberately putting himself in the danger that others feared because of his distaste for his own existence.
Ooc: Sorry! That was kind of crap, besides the fact that I don't know a whole lot about this series, except that I like Noah. Oh well. LIVE WITH IT!! scream

Ezekiel sat on the beach, watching the waves. He had not been very liked, particuarly by his female team mates, heaven knows why, and he was silently thinking over his life on the island. The darkness of the night made the waves of the lake as dark as the night that surrounded it. Ezekiel stared out at it, narrowing his eyes.
Ooc: Yes, I know, that was GOD AWFUL!

Um... I'm just gonna... uh... post now...
Cody sat in his own cabin, thinking. He did not understand why everyone on this island had to be so gloomy, negative, or serious all the time. That's probably why he had the friends he did; Trent, Owen, Leshawna, and Gwen. His thoughts stopped on Gwen, as they usually did. He wondered what he could have possibly done different to win her over. She was the only girl he had ever loved, and she preferred another. Not that he had anything against Trent. The two of them were friends after all. All Cody wanted was to see Gwen happy with Trent.

Ezekiel sat on the beach until absolutely no light shone. Most of the campers warned that this was the most dangerous part of the evening. But he did not mind too much. Back home, he often had to work until the sun rose again, with no light. Here, at least torches were illuminating the camp. In yet, something still did not feel safe here. Like the darkness of the night hid a dark secret. A dangerous one. Ezekiel shivered. He did not like this feeling.
Ooc: This feeling of being ALLAN PROBE! Ahh ah-ah!

With nothing else to be done beyond pondering his own thoughts, Noah started off in search of something to be done. It was always the inane nature of the rest of the camp, that there was nothing but speech to keep one glad....
Feeling unusually wary this night, as he started off from the dock and down the beach, Noah found himself practically breathing with relief as he saw Ezekiel sitting there, watching the shore with as much thought as he often did- something that he found surprising, given the former boy's little-expressed intelligence.
"Hello, Ezekiel," he said quietly, leaning down to catch the other boy's eyes carefully, not being the best at conversation of any sort. "How are you liking the lake tonight?" It was a silly question, but... at the moment, he only wanted for there to be some semblance of human interaction in this bitter, electrified air of night.
Ooc: You know that wary feeling that Noah's got? That's the feeling of being GABRIEL JOHN UTTERSON! -Aaah, ah ah!-

Ezekiel looked at him then back at the lake. "I don't know," he told him. "It feels dangerous." He didn't even know if that made any sense at all.

Ooc: I'm only posting because then Quoth can post. i really don't know what I should say...
Bic: Cody rolled over onto his back so he was staring at the ceiling (well, the bottom of the top bunk, he slept under Owen). He really didn't get what about him had repulsed Gwen so much. He was only trying to help ease her lonliness. He felt like he didn't exist in her world. Only Trent. He sighed again, trying not to think about it. But it was hard not to, considering how much of his life she took up. He tried to think of the positives about not being with Gwen, but could not think of any. He sat up in his bed, wondering if he should go for a walk or something. Deciding that would probably be best, he got up and left the cabin.
Ooc: Yes. I did feel like it had to be that long! Want to fight about it? talk2hand
