Who you think is the best backup quarterback in the league right now?
My best pick is probably Seneca Wallace, because he is a full package, he's a quick runner and highly mobile, has a great deep arm and, unlike his starter, Matt "Dumbshit" Hasselbeck, he doesnt go into the fetal position whn a defender gets within 6 feet of him and he finished his 10 games with 11 TD's and only 3 INT's. And lets see Matty boy's stats.... In his 6 games..... OH YEAH!!! 5 TD's, 10 INT'S! And Seneca earned 3 of Seattle's 4 wins, while Matt failed epically with only 1 win. I think that Seneca could be an ideal starter for many teams in the NFL.
Sorry, I'm a Seattle fan and the massive injury count drove me nuts this year, And neither me or my Dad want Matt to play next year, but they've already announced he's starting next year. Another craptacular year ahead. Woo hoo. I hope you can forgive me for my Rant. And please no hate, I just want to hear your favorites and why they are. Stats are very welcome.

Shaun Hill even without starting many games the season before this season he got the 49ers to win some more games and he is the ONLY niner QB with a winning record after the Steve Young Era.(Jeff Garcia is under 500%)

Matt Moore from Carolina was pretty good. I watched him in the preseason, and he did much better than I expected.

Being biased, Shaun Hill.
As for Hasslebeck, didn't he lead them to the Superbowl...? Hasn't he been plague with injuries as of late?
Also, Matt Cassell should be there. Then Charlie Batch of the Steelers. Can't forget that guy. Plays well when Ben is out. Let's even go with Aaron Rodgers replacing Favre. Oh, Kurt Warner replacing Leinart... Lol.

Yeah, then Hasselbeck cost them the Superbowl by throwing bad interceptions. He's old, he's brittle, his back is blown, he needs to retire now before he's permanently destroyed.

There are a lot of teams with two good QBs...
Patriots with Brady and Cassel. Steelers with Roethlisberger and Leftwich. Cardinals with Warner and Leinart. Browns with Quinn and Anderson. Vikings with Jackson and Frerotte. Titans with Collins and Young. Bears with Orton and Grossman. Texans with Schaub and Rosenfels. Bucs with Garcia and Griese. Giants with Manning and Carr. Seahawks with Hasselbeck and Wallace. Chargers with Rivers and Volek.
...a few others have decent pairs too.

I think I'll give him another year to see how he does without Alexander. But that was honestly a huge drop-off by the Seahawks that nobody predicted.

Smart, accurate, and efficient. ...But can you really blame him for a bad season this year? He was injured, his offensive line played horrible, and he didn't really have many weapons.
