I'm always complaying that my crew members are not on.
I broke a promise
To all of you
I said that everyone
Would be a crew
But now I've been told
That if you say that
Your guild gets out of control
I'm the worst

You aren't the worst Captain I've ever seen. But I wouldn't say you are a great one either. The worst Captain I've ever seen. Was the leader of the 21+ guild. Even though he was an exception to the vulgarity that went on in there. He still did nothing to stop it. As a leader of a guild. You and the people that you designate as crew. Are put in charge of dealing with disruptive members. What is more, because it is a guild. The regular moderators will not intervene in most cases. So basically, if you don't do your job properly. Or hire people that can do it for you. You are giving the more pathetic people of Gaia. A place where they can get away with far more than they normally could outside of a guild.

i would suggest you cut down on your crew, if everyone is crew than no one listens, i'd say about 3-5 should do it, but make sure they can get on at least twice a week or so, and that they will do what they are supposed to

I belong to guilds. Where there are both quite a few crew members. As well as only a few. It's not the number of people that counts. Its the few that actually make the guild better. Cough...Roken and Hippie. mrgreen

Yeah, you are the most active. I would like to promote you, but there are so many crew. Roken and Midnight are awesome, and I know everyone else in real life.

Well, I give places to crew if the are on point or if I know them from somewhere else. It's why u , perfectlyssa, and moon are crew+. However, If you have a point, please put it in the subform of ideas for crew memebers+.
