I went to a 3 Inches of Blood Concert, with toxic holocaust and Early Man. I was lucky to go, the only played like one show in my state as well.
I got a good spot pressed against the stage, dead center. Toxic was pretty ghetto (ghetto= bad), I dont see what the big deal about Joel grind is anyway. His playing is pretty repetative and kinda yawn worthy.
Early Man was legit, though since I was so close I couldnt hear the vocals due to the placement of the speakers, but they were really good. I bought their T shirt from one of the guitarists after the show.
3 Inches were good, though I enjoyed getting in their Pit more than I did screaming their lyrics up front and getting man- handled at the same time.

That sounds like fun, exept the man handling part. 3nodding
I would like to see Early Man, I don't really care too much for Toxic Holocaust though.
I've seen 3 Inches of Blood two or three times(can't remember which). Quite enjoyable. Though, the way that guy looks and the way he sings just doesn't fit, it makes me chuckle.

Yeah, at one point I had to try and figure out if I was actually getting violated or he was just trying to rush the stage as much as he could. Regaurdless, It got too uncomfortable and I went pitting.

I must say, thats usually the reason I never go to the front of the stage unless its a small bar show. Otherwise I usually hang around the outside of the pit, I find fighting off the people pitting to be fun, as well as joining it occasionally.

I like slamming into the guys who think it's amusing to go in the pit the opposite direction of the rest of us.

Mosh pits dont usually happen at the concerts I go to, just circles. Dying Fetus had a mosh Pit, but as I said, there was no way I was going to get in the mix with 300lb sewaty men.

Yes, I dislike sweaty men too.
I stayed as far away from the pit at the Fear Factory/Hypocrisy/Decapitated/Suffocation show last year, everyone there was about 7 feet tall and muscular...and there was many swedish people too...

I remember one situation at a Sepultura concert a while ago (quite long while ago.... something like 10 years probably) when me, my friend and his gf went to this concert and suddenly a guy comes out from the pit and says "Don't go there. There's death inside"

Size doesnt matter, it's all about personality and motive. I don't mind getting shoved around by a giant or a large guy, BUT I do mind if their intention to to inflict damage or harm. If the people are there to have a good time with everyone else, Nothing should matter, it's when people are going in with the sole purpose of hurting others that you have to watch out.

I know, but the force they were bringing with them was quite over powering, about six people had to leave the pit because of broken noses and one guy started bleeding from his arm, looked like he got stabbed by something.
