And as for the cop thing, yes, they can pull them over except I think that one cop has to be off duty. It's happened before I think. X.x Though I wanna know if they can do it while they're on duty.

they can't pull them over, however they can file a report for them breaking rules. to stop a cop on duty would be interfering in their day to day conduct. cops can in fact run a red light as long as they have their sirens turned on at a far enough distance so people know they are coming.

I have to agree with Gt. maybe some , more then others. but all at one point. and, it is not imperssonal...(although i relaly do not know what it is. ) it shows him that you know some of his intrest and that wiill mean something to him later on. But know you just need to play it out. find soemthing he really likes...then make it a surprize just for the heck of it. I will tell you something I say to everyone. we guys are dumb. we are like dogs. feed us, love us, pet us, and we are yours for life. Sure we may like to loook around the park...but we always know where our food bowl is. biggrin
