Trying to figure out plot (help)

Okay so I'm trying to come up with some type of plot to an rp I would like to share to you all. Anyways the main characters of the rp are five rock star boys that are seniors in college or not going to school at all. Their dilemma is, they are day walking vampires that have no memories what so ever how they became vampires. What I was thinking is that they under went some type of experiment that pretty much went terribly wrong and the wicked scientist or what have you erased their memories and just dropped them off in a random place. The only reason why they are popular rock stars is because they need the money to research on why they are the way they are and if it can be reversed because despite that they can walk during the day, they have the endless need of blood in their system.

Hm so I'd like some help to improve the plot a bit or change it entirely because I'm not exactly sure how to begin this...thank you in advance
