basically neither of them die now. Ryuk's lifespan is shortened every time he even attempts to write "Light Yagami" in his death note and Light's is extended. Misa is no longer with Light. She now hates him.

L is with Misa now, in attempts to catch Light without L finding out that she had something to do with the Kira case.
