Trick-or-Treating, Rooms 103, 104, and 105

The tiny sin slowly made his way up the stairs one at a time, practally climbing them on hands and knees before arriving at the door. Using the wall, he worked himself to his feet and swayed until -with the efforts of his hands and long tail- he was able to stand. Gabriel was still out of the realm on buisness and Yuki hadn't gotten his costume ready. Gillian supposed he'd best go on ahead. He'd only recently come accross the character he was dressed as-and Gabriel had made the outfit for him in advance. Simple and comfortable enough, not at all as complex as he expected some of the other sin's outfits to be in.

He'd been instructed to turn the wheel then knock on the door. For a moment the child couldn't find the wheel he was supposed to turn, then with a bit of disappointment he located it- quite a bit above his head. Perhaps it was easy for the others to reach, but only being half the size of even an infant that made things a bit more difficult.

His brow wrinkled into a frown as he looked up to it, pondering just how to approach this issue. It wasn't... too terribly far from the ground, just too far for him. He looked up at the wheel then down to the ground, looking around for anything that might help. He spotted the...well spotted tail behind him then looked back up. Perhaps... it was just foolish enough to work.

Gillian allowed himself to plunk down on his rump again, scooting a bit away from the wall. Slowly he rolled himself up and placed his horns on the ground, supporting himself with his hands as well. Quickly he rolled himself up to a hand/horn stand using the wall to brace himself. The long tail reached up and snatched the lever, wheeling it around. A small ball clicked down on the stone, rolling around in a small circle.

Giving a small grin of victory, the baby rolled himself back to his rump and snatched the ball. he didn't bother look at the number, the reason for the ball was beyond him. Once agan he got himself to his feet and dusted himself down with the fluffed end of his tail. It just wouldn't do to be all dusty. After a slight inspection of himself he reached out and knocked on the door, taking a careful step back so he wasn't missed. Room 103- he could hardly see the numbers but he could just barely make them out.

The boy smiled a bit more at seeing Chaco- the oldest person he's known. Of course- everyone of his 'kind' could say that. "Hello." he said happy, handing over the ball with a smile. He hadn't expected to get anything for the ball, perhaps Chaco had seen his little stunt to get the ball and decided to reward him for it. He looked at the bat in his little hands for a moment, then held it up and closed an eye to compare the wings on it to Chaco's. "Chaco candy." He said with a chuckle.

He'd probibly not eat now that he had made the connection. It was handled carefully and put into the tiny pouch at his side that Gabriel had fasioned for him in case he got candy. Wow- the elf could tell the future! The whole concept of trick-or-treating was beyond Gillian, it had never been a part of Gabriel's culture so it was never taught to the baby.

Waddling into the door he fell into a hug on Chaco's legs, giggling softly. "Thank you, M...mast.. Chaco."

Well he almost got it. Gabriel had called Chaco "Young Master", or "Master" this and that, so it was only natural that the boy made the connection as well. He was speaing very well for his age as well, still a bit studdery and sloppy but his guardian was taking special care in impressing manners- which included speaking them.
