Rules: No godmoding or powerplaying for that matter. Be sure to post character information on the list, even if it is an original character from the games as some people may not know them. Your introduction will be done in paragraph form in the roleplay. Literacy is a must! Holy Tonberry – I swear, if I see chat speak in this role play I might have to start cutting off fingers to prevent people from typing. Got it? >.O I want capitalization! Punctuation! Freakin' you went to school! Use that head! Edit from Bunniroth: If you do now know what chatspeak is, then click this link and read. http://spikes-chatspeak.blogspot.com/ Original characters featured in the games will be loved and their role players will get cookies. Made-Ups* are accepted though I do not wish to be flooded by them, okay? Stick to the Gaia rules Have some fun If these rules are not obeyed – Masamune is going to get to see some action D< Sephiroth has agreed to help me enforce the rules here!
*Made-Ups: If a made-up is to be related to an original character, please be sure to clear it up with the person who is playing the original character. If nobody is playing the original character before the made-up is introduced then this rule does not apply. You will be allowed one free made-up. After that - you must take on an original character to be able to play another one. And so on. BUT DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE!
Clarification about things: All people who died in any Final Fantasy game are no longer dead for the purpose of this roleplay. I suggest for FFX that X-2 be used so more original characters can be played. And through the rule above, Tidus, Auron, etc, can be played. For FFVII – I suggest that we go ahead and just pretty much say all crisis’s have been solved. But – guess what, everyone’s still alive. I suggest going with their last outfits though with the world that everything happens, they’re going to be confused to say the least.
The World: Articulus The worlds of all Final Fantasy games have been merged together due to people playing around with different dimensions and time warps one too many times. Heroes and villains alike have found second chances in this new world…What will they make of this place though? In this world only a few areas from each world has managed to come through. . . FFI: Kingdom of Coneria: A peaceful kingdom. Plenty busy but rather calm overall. Temple of Fiends: An ancient temple left in ruins where dark rituals were conducted to satisfy and release fiends into the world. FFII: Gatrea: A small town which hides and houses rebels who are bent on the destruction of the Empire of Palemecia Castle of Pandemonium: A large castle which has gothic styled towers reaching far into the sky. FFIII: The Village of Ur: A small village that floats in the air on a thick solid ground. The tiny village is used to peace and tranquility. Alter Cave: On the floating island, which Ur rests on top of, a long cave is fanned out in the ground with treacherous falls at any corner where the ground is weak. FFIV: Mysidia: A town that has made great advancements in magic. Water is used as a highly decorative feature for the town as fountains decorate just about every corner. Taller buildings tend to have waterfalls on the side as decoration. While magically advance, this place lacks most technology. Village of Mist: As the name implies, it is a small village where the mist is dense until the afternoon. It returns shortly after sunset though. The village is moderate sized. FFV: Wind Shrine: A temple on an island that floats about without anything to stop it. All wind is said to be controlled by this wandering temple in the sky, produced by a magical crystal which is guarded by a select few. Exdeath’s Castle: A castle that stands moderately tall for a castle. The castle is constructed of black bricks and iron supports has multiple large stained glass windows. FFVI: Phantom Forest: Ghosts are said to wander about this forest. It is also said that those who wander into the unusually dark forest will never return. But if that’s the case, then how do people know that there are ghosts wandering about it? Crescent Mountain: A mountain shaped like a crescent moon, earning its name. On the side of the mountain, on a large cliff sits a small town, dependent on their mining and their logging businesses. FFVII: Midgar: A proud standing city that had two stories – one held in the air by supports that stand over fifty meters tall! Reactors surround the city which is divided into eight sectors. Nibelheim: A very small town. Heavily dependent on the reactor close to it. An abandoned mansion rests outside of the main town area. GoldenSaucer: A themepark-like casino which reaches high into the sky. The massive place houses all sorts of games from rides, to arenas, to chocobo races. FFVIII: Esthar: A city that is hidden by a camouflaging force field. Very technologically advance. You can’t find it unless you run into it literally. But then…You’ve got to find the entrance too. Balamb Gardens: A military school that is capable of moving if needed. Right now it is firmly planted into the ground though. The school itself is massive and can serve as basically a town until it runs out of supplies. But that might take a while. FFIX: Alexendria: A town with much entertainment in it. Fairly large. But for some reason, people say to avoid the east side of the town… Village of the Black Mages: A group of black mages created their own village deciding that reducing contact with people would help their studies and improve their abilities greatly. Whether that works or not has not been discovered yet. FFX: Luca: A place where a game of blitzball is always happening at the stadium. It’s a town with a little bit of everything for the entire family – including a hot air balloon ride! Zankarkand: A place in complete ruins of a massive city that existed over a thousand years ago. At night, the pyreflies of the dead are very visible as they float like a river around the ruins in hopes of reliving their memories. FFXII Rabanstre: A large city with ports for airships. A city very dependent on the trading that occurs through it. Very busy. Under the main city is an underground world though where those who were deemed unworthy of living above have been sentenced to live forming, it has become practically a black market. Eruit Village: A village home of the Vierra, hidden in a forest. Only a Vierra who can speak with the woods can open the way to the village.
That’s about it I guess. Yeah – that took an hour to type up ._. Hope we have fun ^__^

((Not at all. As long as we get people to balance out the made-ups we should be fine. You're taking on an original as well so you're good. Just remember to put up their profiles. Now I can actually use Terasu as she is meant to be used as well .__. I got dibs on Sephiroth! I might take Zack later if nobody else does. Juggling three characters is going to be hard enough for me >.> I'll hold off on him for now. I will also be playing another made-up from X >.>))

I'm making a rule adjustment about the made-ups.
It will be fixed above as well but
You will be allowed one free made-up. After that - you must take on an original character to be able to play another one. And so on. BUT DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE!))

((I knew all that about him. But I guess as long as you keep the amnesia going until we know about him in full detail.))
Hadn't this place been let in ruins? Yes. He could clearly remember that it was been leveled to the ground with only the buildings of the slums surviving. Yet. Here he stood on LOVELESS Avenue? Or rather, on the clock that looked over the street where the stage production of LOVELESS was being put on constantly. Had Genesis' fanclubs managed to pull that one off? Not that it really mattered to him. Sephiroth stared towards his weapon, the shine of the different neon colored lights had brought his attention to Masamune. If Midgar was back together or not, it did not matter to him as he still had his task to do: assume his rightful position as the leader- no - god of this world. A gust of wind from the train having passed rather close to him caused his silvery hair to fly about for mere moment as well as parts of his coat, or rather what hung off the ledge he sat on, to flutter silently. If he was back though, that meant that Cloud was probably here somewhere. As well as his troublesome friends. And that president too. But what was he doing back in the flesh already? This was no mere memory which he had sworn to live in. But still, this mattered not! This was another chance that was all that truely concerned him. And those traitors - they would be cleaned from the world. However, something was pestering him, bothering him in th eback of his mind. Would a certain someone be here as well?

"Owie," The young brunette said as she tripped. Where was she anyways? 'Loveless Avenue' read the sign. "Doesn't sound like a place I wanna be," she said in a rather cute voice. Where were the others anyways? Her green eyes scanned the area for a familiar face. Nothing but strangers. Well then, it was time to explore. She got up and dusted off her yellow dress in search for a helpful face. Not that long haired guy, he looked to scary. In the distance she could hear a train. Best to start looking there! She ran off to find the train.
In the middle of the street a small circle appeared. A girl with reddish brown hair and determined green eyes stepped through. She pulled the circle down making it disappear into a hoop. Well this place wasn't her tastes but it would do for now. Anything was better than back home. She made her way down the street. A strange place, much different than home. It seemed a lot darker and dirtier. ((she comes from Spyra.)) In the distance she could hear a thunder of some sort of machina... Maybe she'd find something there.

A man's head bounced once before he woke up. He hated riding trains. Too noisy and very irritating for a person with sensitive hearing. His hand rubbed the back of his neck as he lifted his head. "Shesh. 'Why not take the train?' he says. 'It would be quicker and pain free.' Yeah right. Pain free for him. My head is throbbing." the man says aloud. He had been traveling for weeks before a person came to him with a job. He was well known in Rabanstre as a man who didn't refuse any job, expect for assassination jobs. He reached for his staff before shuffling down the hall, using the staff for a guide. His blind eyes shifted back and forth, seemingly looking at everything in the hallway. As he reached the operators cabin, his searching eyes stopped moving and focused on the door to the cabin. After a few minutes, he opened the door. "Excuse me, but how long until we reach this Midgar place?" The operator looked up at the man and sighed. "About 5 minutes, Mister Darius. Please return to your seat." Darius nodded and walked silently back to his compartment. The operator shook his head. For being a blind guy, this Darius person sure did move quickly and quietly.

((Lol. I would have to agree with Selphie on both not wanting to be on LOVELESS avenue and Sephiroth looking scary xD Looks like Midgar is the place to start I guess xD especially if you want to be running into people =D And do you mean Spira? Or...? *tilts head* What is Spyra?))
From the tunnel where the train had gone, a rather terrified woman walked out, holding a small lanturn up to guide her way. What on earth was this place?! The young looking gray haired woman looked over her shoulder as the train whistled once more. That thing had nearly-Well...Not really. Giving a sigh, Arbalas climbed onto the actual platform for the train only to get a puzzled look from one of the people who stood there. Well, compared to him she was oddly dressed in her kimono top and her hakama pants. She looked around quietly as she lowered her lanturn quietly and continued to look around. "Excuse me," she finally said softly towards the man at the platform, bowing her head down towards him. "Could you tell me where I am?" "To be expected from someone from the slums," he scoffed. "You're on the top somehow of Midgar. I suggest you get back down to the slums and attempt to learn something before sneaking up he-" "Pardon me but, I do not really need your insults right now," Arbalas said looking about the platform. "This is Midgar? Never heard of it." "How slow can you possibly be? Are you that dense?" Arbalas fixed her brown gaze onto the man only to shove him with her staff off the platform and onto the tracks. "How soon should the next train be coming, I wonder?" She asked tilting her head to the side only to see a look of panic form on his face. "Soon, I would assume," she replied noting the expression. "You'd do well to bit your tongue in front of a summoner." She warned as the whistle of the second train sounded. She turned away, not caring for the fate of the man currently. She just needed to get her barrings straight. Had that last challenger actually managed to send her? No. She had gotten rid of that last one if she recalled right. Besides - this looked nothing like the farplane. But she had never heard of a 'Midgar' before. How odd.
