Me and fallout boy have had somewhat of a turbulent run, but then again that always happens with anything so widely popiular. I am, frankly, an arsehole. I get suspicious and think somehow it’s better not to like them.
Well DT, you’re so far up your own arse you can see Disneyland.
Fallout Boy Rock, and this album is brilliant. Simple as.
The band get better and better as they go on, bringing upbeat instantly sing-a-long-a-ble music. The main ‘break out/famous’ album was ‘from under the cork tree’ - very emo, and not quite my taste. But then came ‘infinity on high’ a work of genius, with every track holding up it’s own weight . They broke out of cliché and got their proper style and just make great music. If you liked ‘infinity on high’ you’ll definitely like ‘folie a deaux’ - it’s similar style, similar substance, but you can hear them trying out some new stuff too. So it’s win-win.
In short (‘cos heck, this review is short0 check it out - you won’t be disappointed.
