Dood, I can't stand "chit'lins"!! gonk
I have an eclectic palette; I like many different foods from many different ethnicities. I have noticed that my tastes have changed a lot over the years, but right now I would have to say my favorite cuisine is Mexican, and Central American. 3nodding Yummy. It's time for nachos! surprised

I love the smell of chitterlings. heart strange, I know. But I can totally understand why people don't like them.
Homemade mac and cheese is good too. I remember my old high school teacher asked the class "Urm no offence, but is mac and cheese a black thing on thanksgiving?" after asking the class what they like to eat on thanksgiving, and several black people said mac and cheese. She didn't understand that it had to be HOMEMADE though.

xp see y'all got me getting hungry up in this thread.
Soul food. mmmm.
Greens. I love the smell of cookin greens. Sweet cornbread, a glazed ham and mom's good old fashioned potato salad and macaroni with tons of cheese on it. Mmmmmm! Pour me a glass of Tahitian Treat Soda pop or some nice 100 percent juice and it's all good.
Or just gimmie some ribs. eek sticky icky ribs with a nice piece of sweet potato pie.
