Philly.com is reporting that the old ECW Arena, now called The New Alhambra Sports and Entertainment Center, will be undergoing a convertion into a health and fitness center. The building owner will be handing over the lease to a new company who no longer has interest in the center being used for sports events.

Wow, WWE should just buy it and do memorial show for the old ECW with some originals.
