But I think Lamps are kool because they are bright and if there's a robber in your house you could put it in their face and hold it there for around 6 hours and they'll be blind!

if you do not have the wors salamander or lamp in your post then POST SOMEWHERE ELSE!
that is true about the throwing salamanders...
but salamanders die after time, lamps are sturdy like pet rocks and can live forever as long as you replace the lightbulbs and feed it electricity.
