I am making this post as a way for people to come and share their magical ideas and experiences. If you have ever seen a ghost, or seen something that someone tells you is "not suppossed to exist", then this is the place to talk about it. I welcome all walks of life, and all theologies.

i see all types of weird things all the time but most of the time it's probably because i forgot to take my medication. however, even on my medication i occasionally see things like people and things that aren't there when i look, and i hear voices every day, regardless of medication, even when i OD to make them go away.

I have seen some stuff.
Lets run through a bullet point style list
-Summoned demons
-created a visible servitor
-had Subrosians servitor on my arm at one time
-seen an incubus/succubi, and had it sit on my arm for several days
Um thats about all I can think of for now razz

I don't see much more than shadows.
I do this really wierd thing with trees though. When I look long enough into the leaves I see faces.....usually ugly, but somtimes I see little people (I don't mean to say fae kind, but it's a possiblity) running and stuff. It's better than television sometimes. Othertimes it's scary as s**t.

As for me, i am more like Arynchris. i dont see, so much as sense what is out there.altho i have been known to accidently summon the odd demon. and i mean ODD. cuz those critters get kinda strange sometimes.

danothar As for me, i am more like Arynchris. i dont see, so much as sense what is out there.altho i have been known to accidently summon the odd demon. and i mean ODD. cuz those critters get kinda strange sometimes. *tilts head to the side* define 'demon' I haven't come across many books (please keep in mind I have had no mentor) that say you conjure demons...I think you'd have to believe in them to begin with which is what confuses me. As I was raised Catholic I was taught that demons were part of hell, but the general consensus of the magical community agree that hell is a christian creation and only through that is it real. So how do you practice magic but conjure demons? And yes I realize that there are various forms and types of magical practice. I'm just asking for clarity reasons.

by demon, i mean the odd being with typically dark magick, altho if summoned or called upon correctly, they can be quite useful as a servant of sorts. altho, the moment you betray said arrangement, then the demon can and will turn against the person calling them.

I'm pretty sure the whole reason why the people who are here, are here because they had an experiance and decided to look into it, rather then shy away from it.
It's how we found ourselves.

Like in Greek myth, the Crone, Matron, and Maid who spin, weave, and cut the threads of life? Or like in Norse three, who let Odin drink from their well of knowledge for the price of his eye?

Aaaand I'm not sure what The Millenium Earl was asking either.
So, on-topic: I've been hearing the fae since before I could talk, and I help the spirits of the dead get where they need to be. The bit with dead folk is an accidental offshoot of over a decade of energy work training and practice, coupled with my "hobby" of shamanic journeying. My life is chock full of things that are "not suppossed to exist". I've spent most of my adult life searching for vocabulary with which to talk about it. Hence my other hobby of collecting folklore and fairy tales.

I have a pretty good circle of spiritually inclined friends and we go out into the woods and build gnome houses. We only do it because each one of us has seen them/ forest spirits, so we have no reason not to believe they exist. Just as well, we feel that we want to give back to them when we party in the woods.
