6-7 servings of Grain Products
2-4 servings of Milk and Alternatives
1-3 servings of Meat and Alternatives
and Consume 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day
the also recommend you to eat small amounts of unsaturated fats like cooking oils and the like to stay away from hard butter and margarine
