No pretty banners for you... unless magically I learn how to make them look good semi-soonish >>;;;"So you think you know history? Allow me to be the bearer of bad news then, ma petite papillon~
You don't know s**t." Welcome to the vulgar, indecent, and all around insane world of Kailey Koreco - not the Gaian mind you, nor the girl sitting at the computer screen, but of said girl's alter-ego and OC since fifth grade.
I mean not to offend, though really Kae herself couldn't care less if she broke a few hearts or trampled a few toes. She's a very judgmental person you see, always doing whatever stunts and antics (no matter how crazed, how disgusting, how painful or harmful - be it to herself or others) just so long as she can watch her targets' social personas fall away like glass and let her see the person's real thoughts and self.
Sometimes, she finds someone really is a good person deep inside and the world can be a beautiful, wonderful place.
Most of the time though... .... ... .. . Not so much.
Fine by her though - not like it matters to her at the end of the day.
Why?
Easy!
She can't die. No. Seriously.
See, due to my (the girl at the computer screen, not the OC) "fear" of death (...who doesn't have that?) I decided long ago to make it so the fantasy!me (the OC, not the girl at the computer) couldn't die. How to do this? Scientifically, Kae's kind of like a giant cancer tumor. Cells are constantly regenerating and keeping the same, constant eighteen year-old girl looking the same exact way she did... About 491 years ago.
But there's more! (please don't kill me) Go ahead, chop her arm off! She'll hate you, and most likely return the favor with her other arm, but the severed limb will regenerate! Like I said, "cancer cells" that "constantly regenerate." Go ahead, chop her head off - she'll be out cold for a few years most likely while her brain cells regenerate to the state they were before the previous head was lost (we step into magical land with how she gets all her memories back and everything so SHHH~). Really, so long as one cell remains, she'll come right on back!
Really. You have no idea how many times she tried to kill herself. Finally blew herself up... and she woke up about a decade or so later with a killer headache and her body writhing in lingering pain from her antics. One cell was left, and her body regenerated... much to her screaming displeasure.
Now why would I pick HER of all my characters for kidlets? UM... besides the fact I love putting her through hell? I guess you'd want a better reason than that... huh? Well, alright, how's this: she was, long ago, supposed to be married. Loved the guy, wanted to be with him, only no one planned for him to be murdered the day of their wedding, or his killer cursing her with eternal life to suffer for picking her husband-to-be instead of the guy who killed him. Great history, right? Can't you just feel the non-cliche love?
Moving on~
She was supposed to have a family. She was supposed to have kids of her own, a huge family like what was required of a girl in the 1500's. But she didn't... And now I think it'd be fun to see what happens to her and her children when she finally does have said children. I envy the kids - they've got a psychopathic, over protective, insta-healing mom who's worse than a momma bear when pissed off and who has no shame when it comes to bulling others into giving her what ever she wants for said kidlets~! Personally, I'd happily trade up my life for such a spoiling parent.
....but of course, who said she'd actually be such a good mother? I sure as hell didn't. Shall we watch the drama unfold? I'll grab the popcorn if you grab the soda and we can meet at the middle in the theater of life.

LA LA LA NOTHING FOR BANNERS 8'DThe [{ T W I N S }] Twin 1 Info Name: Zavin Gender: Male Power: Energy manipulation (natrual like fire, wind, lightning, etc.) Hair Syle/Color: Like his mother, all of his hair will be black save his "bangs" which will be the same bright red. Style is up to artist. Eye Color/Shape: Left eye is the same bright blue as his mother's, the right [ father's color ]. Skin: A lighter tan than his mother's, a median between both parents'. Build: Slim, average for a child. Extas: Mother Inherited Traits: Self-regeneration, but not nearly as powerful as his mother's. Father Inherited Traits: (mention if the above traits take from parent) Birthmark Placement: Beneath his left eye
Twin 2 Info Name: Raja Gender: Female Power: Gift manipulation (able to [ either use her regeneration ability to heal others -at the cost of her own body being damaged in return- or to manipulate other people's abilities to either weaken or strengthen them to a degree -at the cost of her own energy being depleated, perhaps even physical harm-) Hair Syle/Color: Either the reversed of her mother and brother's hair so she has majority red hair with black "bangs" or [ majority blonde hair with either red or black somewhere ]. Eye Color/Shape: Same as her brother - blue on the left, [ father's color ] on the right. Skin: The same light tan as her brother. Build: Slim, average for a child. Extas: Mother Inherited Traits: The same self-regeneration as her brother, a lesser version of their mother's. Father Inherited Traits: (mention if the above traits take from parent) Birthmark Placement: Beneath right eye
Identical?: Beyond the differences in hair color, yes.So their powers are still up for debate, but the idea was that Zavin follows his mother's insanity - he loves the power he possesses, both from the serum, and his own genetically given gift from his mother. But he also loves his mother's legacy - the inhuman human, the undead princess, etc. etc. ~
He wants that legacy, he wants to be feared and respected and he'll do whatever it takes to get it. To manipulate energy would be very much appropriate for his personality, very manipulating himself. Stealing ideas and energy from those around him, he would use it all to empower himself and propel himself to the top of the pack. ...and he probably forms a strong fascination for blood and guts as a child, which most likely would only develop accordingly as he got older... >>;;;;
Raja, on the other hand, takes after her mother's infamous love and respect for life. Kailey knows just how short life is (well, for everyone else...) and fights to protect it at every chance she gets. Raja inherited this strong attachment to the living and the present, becoming a most loving of souls with one of the largest of hearts. So her powers would reflect that - to be able to manipulate other peoples' powers (not fully, and it would still be up to the other Rper how MUCH Raja's gift affected their character's unless there was another method approved by the staff) would mean she could either -in theory- help to stop a possible fight or loss of life, or act to empower someone to save a life or stop said fight.
On the other hand, she could manipulate her own gift, her genetic gift, to heal others in a similar way she, her brother, and mother heal. But the cost of "insta-healing" someone else instead of keeping that power for herself, would be that Raja would suffer the physical damage the person she was healing suffered. Like, if they had a gash down their arm and she healed it... Raja would get the gash while they healed up fine and dandy without the scaring. Now, the healed individual wouldn't suddenly have healing abilities, Raja still keeps the full ability to regenerate, but the wounds caused by healing others would have to heal naturally and her regeneration could heal anything else except the wounds she received through her serum ability.
Towards one another, Zavin would be over protective of his "weakling sister," while Raja would be very apologetic around her "suffering brother." They care for one another, but as their morals clash too much, they have no idea how to deal with one another. They have their definite moments of joy together and have an easier time opening up to one another than anyone else in the world, but the rift is still there as they get older.
Towards their mother they are... loving, yes, but they see the slight indifference their mother shows them as they get older. Once the twins reach around 25 or so, they'll seem to stop aging, though they will eventually start to grow old, and die of (VERY) old age. Kailey knows this, the twins know this, so they grow accustomed to how as they get older, their mother treats them less like her children and more like her comrades - caring, playful, mischievous, judging, analyzing, and often indifferent to their existences as she deals with other matters that are more pressing at the moment.
Zavin grows power hungry from this treatment, growing to see his beloved idol as a being of god like power whom is too important to be concerned with the lower beings of this world; he strives to be like her. Raja grows caring and maternal from this treatment, growing to see her beloved idol as a being of pain and eternal suffering as she struggles to keep the harsh truths of the world from the innocents who inhabit this world, yet whom can find true joy and companionship wherever she turns; she strives to be like her.
Obviously, Rp would change things for the twins' story, but that's the general concept from where I stand currently.

..........>O>The [{ M O T H E R }] Mother's Info Name: Kailey Koreco Gaian Name: Kailey Koreco Species: Questionable Human Special Qualities: Able to instantly regenerate from any wound so long as one cell remains. However, the larger the wound, the weaker she becomes while the healing process takes place - for example, if she were to cut her hand she'd maybe have no strength in her arms if she lifted them above her head; if she lost her arm she'd faint right then and there (from both the pain and lack of energy) and would be "KOed" for at lest twenty-four hours. Regenerating her entire body would take maybe a day, but she'd be in a coma for at least a decade, if not more. Personality: Links or References to info about your character: -we are coming, we swear~!-
Hair Color: Pitch blue-black, the only part of her body with a different color is her "bangs" which are instead a vivid crimson. Eye Color: A very bright blue, highlights are almost silver. Skin Color: A sort of Middle-Eastern warm tan. Build: Petite, short at 5'2", dexterity and flexibility are her strongest traits, though she does work out to keep herself in trim shape. Distinguishing Marks: Various tribal tattoos across her body.
Other Info Test Tube or Insemination?: Insemination~! UM... what needs to be said beyond what was said in the above two posts?
Kailey currently resides in an apartment complex in downtown Durem she bought, using her various contacts and other such resources to restore the place back into a perfect livable condition.
On the inside, anyways.
The outside is still the decrepit, decaying exterior that it was when she bought it, but she refuses to fix it up due to one simple reason - it keeps people from wanting to move in. The complex is her home, and while every apartment works just fine and each is of a different color scheme and layout than the others, she still allows few to reside there with her, though close companions can boast about a personal apartment within the sturdy compound. Even fewer can speak of what lay in the high security basements (there's a known two, unknown if more), top floor and roof that only Kailey herself has access too. It is common knowledge that she keeps a shooting range and training rooms where the complex's fitness and recreation rooms once lay, however.
And that the pool is in working conditions.
Her? Wealthy? Maybe. Beyond her home, weapons, and her motorcycle, she doesn't otherwise show it. Clothing is common place, accessories the same, and it is also known that she is currently in high dept to various people and gangs - including the Kuro gang. She gambles, she drinks, and while she never touches drugs or smokes, her wallet is always empty and she's always asking friends to loan her money... which she never pays back.
The arrival of the twins would be a shocker indeed - undoubtedly she probably tried aborting them, but due to her regeneration (and thusly the fetuses' due to being a part of her body) it would be fruitless and eventually she'd accept the inevitable and go to a local clinic to get checked out and have the children.
Upon having them, her thoughts of giving them up would vanish, recalling her family plans with her late fiancé she would keep the twins and form a definite possessiveness and attachment to them. When they are young this would be especially obvious, though as they age she would hide her love for them, unsure of how to deal with children who were growing to look like they might be her siblings, and who she knew would one day look like they could be her parents - eventually, grandparents.
As Zavin "falls to the dark side" and Raja "rises above," Kailey would be aware of their transformations, but unwilling to accept them. She'd be in full denial that she could be the cause of destruction that her son causes, or that she was why her daughter would [ practically self-mutilate ] in the name of saving a life or bringing peace. Eventually I would think Kae would confront her children, starting with Raja. She'd come to accept her daughter's choice in life, but when it comes to Zavin...
Although I heavily doubt I'll include this into the shop (think of the following as AU really, as this IS apart of Kailey's official original story), I do know Kailey's confrontation with Zavin would result in a battle, where Kae's many years of combat knowledge and use of her regeneration, would have her win - if only barely when faced against another healer with such destructive powers - and leave her half-dead son with the parting words:
"So you think you know history? You think you know the ways of the world? Allow me to be the bearer of bad news then, ma patite papillon ~
You don't know s**t."
