Quest and Capture
The land of Zatao was huge and daunting to the new watcher, a small thing with an age of only 17. Fingering in her hand was a list of discovered pokemon in the region so far, and her encounters had led her to meet many of them, but there were a few that she was still desperately searching for. Reaching into her pocket, she sighed and gazed at the cluster of doodles of the pokemon she really hoped to encounter someday.

The paper is blurred and hard to read from her carrying it around and looking at it so much. The pages below are excerpts from her journal that pertain to the pokemon Choppi is currently searching for.

Searching for one...
Back in her homeland of Kanto, Choppi became attached to the gentle grass type pokemon, Oddish. She was always playing with them in secret in her yard until her parents discovered it and quickly put and end to this. A fence was put up, and Choppi was forced to say goodbye to the dear little ones forever.
Now, in a new region, she looks forwards to meeting another lovely grass type Oddish to travel with her and her two others pokemon, a symbol of time lost, and love refound.

I have finally found you...
No pokemon on her quest list have been found. The page remains empty and collects dust, save for doodles of little hearts in the margins.

Funds for the search...
A page has alot of numbers writted down, many scribbled out, and others circled. The most defined numbers read.
Oddish Search:
Total requirement to research, camp out, and find
2mil+ gold

...there's a small sad face doodled in the corner of the page. A camping tent reciept is paperclipped to the page.

Encounters...
A list of people that had given info to find the watchers pokemon, or simply just camped out a night with her to keep her company, will be recorded here.
BO gave Choppi some funds so that she could keep camping out in the hopes of meeting an oddish. <3

Today, upon researching the subject (Oddish) on her portable computer, Choppi has taken on thoughts of wether or not to try to eventually capture a non-shiny varation Oddish. Oddish are rare, but should she keep a look out for such an illusive creature? This thought tempts the young watcher.
Added to the list today was the gender searching for capture, not observation.

Today when I least expected it, an oddish picture in a textbook jumped out at me! I was very happy, and tried to check out the book. The librarian told me that it was for reference only. ;;  I snuck a photo of the picture with my cellphone. =3 Take a look!

Today, I have decided on a gender and a name for an Oddish that would travel/battle with me.
Name: Flora
Gender: Female
I also noticed an oddish this morning chewing on my shoelaces. I need to go into town and pick up more. Hahaha. A small price to pay to catch a glimpe of the pokemon!
