Mines would be Easter Island, which is famous for its statues called maoi. My question is how and why did its inhabitants carve and move these massive statues that are located all over the island ?

I think that my favorite would have to be the Great wall of China, or possibly King Tut's Tomb. I really like the idea of a huge wall protecting china from enemy's.
I also like King Tut's tomb because it is one of the first Ancient wonders I ever learned about! I like the idea of a curse as well, it gives the tomb and the king even more mystery. biggrin

Religion. If Man was so primitive according to science, then how did each individual culture have the idea of polytheism? And Why did the Jews pop up suddenly with monotheism after zoroastronism?
WHY IS EVERYTHING SO SIMILIAR EVEN IF IT'S HALF WAY ACROSS THE WORLD WHEN NO ONE HAD CONTACT WITH ANYONE BUT THEIR NEIGHBORS?!
So confused! *sobs*

because religion is a invention of man one of the first in fact to give a moral guide to us when we were only several hairs away from being animals ourselves. and to help explain how things in the world worked at a time when we didn't understand it that much.
