I've never played World of Warcraft myself. Though I did start playing Warcraft 3 the year it came out. So from that game and other games I've picked up a few things about the game over the years. The pay to play Morpg I have played is Everquest. Which was and still is one of Wow's most fierce competitors. Out of all of the races on that game. I liked to play as the human race the best. Just because of the balanced statistics you were given by doing so. Two of my coolest friends on the game. Both played as Night Elf Palladins. One was a 40ish year old house wife. Who had I think two or three kids. One of which was my age. With an interest in video games as well. The other was in his 60's. A retired war veteran that actually applied his experience. To the tactical side of the game. This guy was seriously awesome in both the game. And was just plain cool to talk with without a question. If you are a Palladin or Cleric you really should be playing as a Night Elf. It offers the highest Wisdom out of the races which goes perfectly with the Palladin and Cleric classes.
NE can't be pallys :/ you are probably thinking of my least favorite race, the blood elves but NE they can be priests. They aren't the best priests to be honest. Humans make much better priests due to their racial abilities. They get mana back much faster than NE. NE make good hunters, druids, and rogues.

This is a blood elf, to be honest they don't make the best pallys. Roll a human if you want a good pally.
