Body-Type . Small, thin. (There's hardly any fat on him and his ribcage is faintly visable)
Eye Color . Gray
Hair Color + Style . Columba's hair is blond. His bangs is cut straight and right above his eyes with the ends dyed liliac, left slightly longer than the side of his face. The back is layered and short, just barely reaching the shoulders.
Skintone . Slightly tanned
Extra . The tip of his right ear has been bitten off.
Clothes . Columba usually wears a robe when he's in his room as he prefers to feel the wind than to be confined (He does wear underwear though). When he's out, he'll wear an oversized Tee -shirt, usually striped or plain. As for his lower half, he usually wear shorts or something baggy.
Personality . Columba isn't afraid of showing his feelings to the world. Whether it be sadness or happiness, it is easily seen on his face. He isn't the kind to follow rules either as he feels that rules are made to bind people down to the ground instead of letting them fly freely. However, if the consequences of breaking the rules is worse than following them, he'll usually obey them but won't like it. Columba can also be very warm to his friends. He would always try to make them comfortable and always trying to lift the mood up. However, just like the sky that he's so fond of, he can change into a raging storm. He'll constantly pick on anything that he does not like, making a person's life a living hell. (Or at least, as close to it as possible)

ENFP - The "Advocate"

Flaws . When ever he sees a dog, he goes into a panic attack. He'll break down and just cry and shout, hoping to get rid of the dog.

Talents . Cole is able to sort of communicate with birds. He is able to sense what the birds are feeling and call them when he needs them. Sometimes, he might ask the birds to do something for him but they don't listen or understand him most of the time.

History *This is just a rough version.
Born to (Mother's name) & (Father's name), delivered by (Grandmother's name)
Lived in a simple house beside a large private aviary. Grandmother is the owner.
Parents work in a different city so he only sees them once every few months.
Home schooled so doesn't have much friends. Found company with the birds in the aviary.
Started developing his talents through the interection.
During the alien war, heart was broken due to the city that his parent are working at was destroyed. No idea whether they are still alive.
Escaped with his grandmother when they heard their city was targetted.
Aviary destroyed, heart broke even more.
Managed to save a crow chick.
Continued living in a whole new city, a brand new life.
Set on taking revenge on the aliens for what they did to the birds and forest habitat.
Decided to apply to join SSOS

Mmkay. I realize you are still in the works, so I won't get too picky with you. x3
Number one. What country is he from? That's really important. Giving them a heritage can also make them a lot more interesting. :3 Take Cane and Wynn, for example, they're natives and they a lot of their personality reflects a very different lifestyle than the rest of the boys. Or RuiZhi, he came from a very rural part of China, so when he came to the school, he did not know very good English. He also didn't understand pop culture references, and so on. That also makes a very interesting character. :3
Number two. Just a small note. I don't think being 99 lbs at 5'4" is possible. I'm 5'5", very petite, and I weight 130 lbs, give or take some. I understand that he is thin, but I think he needs a tad more weight than that.
Number three. I'm guessing his ear has to do with a dog? I'm curious to see how that works out.
Number four. I assume you will explain why he dyes his hair? ( I love the color lilac. <3 )
Number five. Your talent doesn't exactly make sense to me. I assume you have a reason behind it? It would be very good to explain how he got this way. Was he raised with birds? And remember, talents usually help boys pick their schools. :3
I think his flaw is way cute, by the way.
To flesh out his personality, I suggest starting with his likes and dislikes. Surely there are reasons behind it. For example: Scy likes a lot of outdoor activities. How does this effect his personality? Well, he's a very active guy! He's always on the go, and he has trouble with things like studying because he can't focus on it. He excels in sports, but he definitely needs help when it comes to note-taking and what not. He's not stupid, he just has some serious, er, self-discipline issues, and said issues lead to his hot temper. He wants what he wants, and he doesn't take no well for an answer. It makes him motivated, but it also makes him stubborn as hell.
You see how that worked? You just keep branching out.

Hmm...I can't decide what country he is from. I'm afraid that I won't be able to portray people from that country? And he's blond so that restrict him to western countries?
Actually, it's possible. I weigh about that when I was that tall. Now I'm 5'7" and I weigh 121 lbs. :3
Yup, his ear was bitten by a dog hence his fear of them.
His grandmother love both the color and the flower so that's why he loves it so much. (He doesn't live with his parents)
Yup, his grandmother owns a large aviary and Cole's born and raise there so most of his friends are the birds XD
