Welcome to 'b***h PLZ', a thread where we discuss and, you guessed it, b***h about the casting in the Twilight movie! surprised
We've all heard stuff like, 'Pattinson sucked as Edward' or 'Kristen as Bella? That was a wreck'.
Well, WHICH ACTORS WOULD YOU HAVE PREFERRED INSTEAD?!
That's right, now it's YOUR turn to give us your opinion. :]
Who'd be a better Edward? Bella? Jacob, maybe? ETC.

I thought Taylor Lautner played Jacob very well. I don't like the way Kristen acted as Bella, it seemed like she was all emo and stupid. Also she really didn't act exactly like Bella in the book. And Edward... oh goodness. I thought he could done better. Now I don't like Edward cause he's not really the same way in the book.. to me. So there ya have it. C:

I loved the entire cast. whee
I think Alice's character was portrayed the BEST in the movie, though. <3

Honeslty, no one was going to be completely happy about it but really that was just pathetic.
What I don't understand is how they didn't get a bigger budget.
I mean, Twilight is HUGE!
In the first THREE DAYS it was open, it made more money than it took to make the movie!

The movie was bad. I went to the midnight premier and was disappointed, but approve the surprise yaoi( whee ). And decided to go again without the high expectations and see it as a movie itself and it still didn't do so good. The casting was OK. Could've had a WAY better actress for Bella, she was horrible. Had the look but not the character. Edward had the look in certain scenes and was pretty bad at the acting as well. Make up was just ridiculous, lenses were bugging me, the special effects for Edward's running and jumping was horrible. Still think that Emmet and Jasper should switch hairstyles to fit the characters in the book better. And agreed that Alice was amazing!

Jasper was going to go with a wig but it looked so bad they cut and dyed his real hair.
It still looked bad....
Rosalie bleached her hair AND her skin.
Still not very pretty though.
I do not like the perky little possessed thing that played Alice.
Her nose reminds me of a Who.
