So today we did a special multi-denominational memorial for the aborted souls, I sang Amazing Grace, and performed part of the prayer intercession at a beautiful Catholic Cathedral... I began crying... how'd yours go?

I've never heard of it! o.O I'm surprised my Priest didn't mention it.
Thanks for the compliment to Catholic cathedrals, though! biggrin

You've never heard of Sanctity of Human Life Sunday, or the special multi-denominational memorial service?! The service, I believe, is a special Grand Rapids Right to Life thing, because they also had their only annual meeting that is open to the public.

I've heard of "Right to Life" Sunday but that's in October.
....it IS in October right? sweatdrop
I think it may be a local thing. My old church might have had a multi-denominational thing with the Protestant churches up the street (loooot of churches in my old town). But my new church hasn't made any mention of it at all. I don't know if we do it.

The Sanctity of Human Life Sunday is a day churches across the nation (USA) the souls of the aborted children, and to mourn for the day that abortion was legalized in Roe vs Wade... it is the Sunday closest to that date.
