There are actually two pokemon I greatly desire at the moment (EVEN THOUGH I WANT ALLLLLLLLLLL OF THEM ;___; )

*Mew
*Bulbasaur

Gastly/Haunter/Gengar
Name: Helium
Gender: Male
Markings: Helium has a very very light coloration (as light as any haunter/gastly can go without being a shiny variation) and as a haunter his hands will glow yellow. As a gastly I'd like his gas to be a yellow color or have a tint of yellow in it from the outside fringes. There's also a darker outlining around his eyes. AND HE WEARS PINK LIPSTICK (<-most important marking : D )
ALTERNATE: Basically same thing as above description except his body will be a pale yellow-white and his gas will be yellow. Eyes will have a more golden yellow outline that kinda fades outwards. And there's still the pink lipstick : D
Personality: Helium is a prankster at heart, always full of levity in any situation despite how serious. He has an honor code that he loosely adheres to, but his behavior towards people are usually caused by a random whim.
Bio: Helium is the local gastly that had silently haunted the city of Katarina since its opening, created due to the polution Katarina's initial factories caused. Since his birth Helium has been observing Katarina, lurking in the street corners at the actions of humans. He had heard how the humans brutally demolish the environment to clear the way for a stepping stone for human civilization and he had seen the suffering caused by their actions. But over time, he had also seen how humans and pokemon could coexist together in a happier state than individually alone. He watched, fascinated, as the humans displayed a panoply of emotions and behaviors. It was a very interesting study for a gastly who knew of nothing better to do at the time.
Helium had developed neutral feelings about the humans. He didn't particularly hate them for their original actions - he was born from those actions afterall and he had no particular attachment to theh piece of land Katarina was built upon. Yet he didn't love them either, they had done nothing to benefit him and he had no attachment to any of them. Humans were just Helium's playthings, he sometimes hung out with some for amusement but was quick to discard them when he got bored.
Then, the stadium was built which brought a whole new type of amusement to Helium.
He diligently observed several battles, very amused at the pain trainers cause to their pokemon to make them grow stronger. And they did it so creatively sometimes too. He once saw a dewgong nearly drown an umbreon on a watery field - great amusement right there. Soon, after watching for so long, Helium decided he didn't just want to stand by and watch as a third party. He wanted to participate. The only problem was that despite being at the old age he was, he was still pretty weak never having evolved for some reason and he didn't experiment much with his attacks. The humans seemed to know way more about them. So he came up with a scheme.
One day while the humans were having a multipokemon battle, before one of the humans called out her next pokemon, he butted in. The human was fairly surprised but played along-Luna was a very adaptable person afterall. Unfortunately for Helium, they were going against an opponent far outnumbering him in HP and experience. Of course, Luna assisted him in making a valiant struggle against the enemy but within a few more hits of knocking out his opponent, Helium ran out of energy and fainted. Luna, having no pokeballs on her at the moment, took a forfeit for the match to hop into the battlefield and carry Helium to the pokemon center inside a pickle jar.
Needless to say, Helium was a bit disappointed in his lost. He had never been the one to lose or be thrown out by something - he had always left them before they could hurt him like that. Helium ignored Luna's attempt at comforting him with words and instead chose to run through the trainer's body to scare her and followed up with a lick to the face before fleeing back to his place in the stadium.
The gastly was surprised to see the human approach his hiding spot a week later, holding up a friendly pokeball. She told him that she was having a rematch with her opponent and if gastly would like battle with her again. Deep inside Helium felt a tug towards the offer, but he smushed it. He didn't want to get attached to anything, not yet anyways. The pokemon hid all his inner conflict with a large smirk as he decided to steal Luna's pokeball and elope with it as a new toy, bouncing it on his head as he retreated back to the shadows. Luna simply laughed at Helium's antics and told him that her offer was always open as she left to resume training.
Helium did consider her offer. He had felt truely alive when he was battling, especially the vicious glares he would recieve from his opponents that always made him burst out laughing. Helium wondered if, for once, he should truely be the fool he acted as and throw himself into one passion. Luna was surprised to find her extra pokeball back in her bag with a new teammember in it, but she accepted the turn of events happily.
The rematch with the opponent went well with Helium barely pulling through. Luna then decided to name her new gastly Helium (mostly because she got the effects of laughing gas and helium confused, Luna wasn't the smartest scientist in the world) because her new pokemon kept on breaking out into bales of laughter during the match, completely pissing off his opponents even more.
Although Helium only plans to stay with Luna until he gets bored of battling, he accepts his place in Luna's team only as a fun rollar coaster ride that he would eventually get tired of.
Cost: Around 40k, but probably like 600k if it's a color variation D:

Mew I honestly have no clue on his/her gender. For now I'll call Mew androgynous although Luna will probably call it "he/she" plenty of times depending on how she feels. Honestly, I wouldn't mind any mew and making a design took me years >>;; I'd probably just try and grab any mew possible since it's the species and personality that matter to me, not the markings. Plus I honestly have no concrete back story that appeals to me right now. Lemme stare at the picture constantly at 2 AM in the morning and I'll get back to you on that. Guestimated Price: 600k+? D:

BULBASAUR. IS. ADORABLE.
Uh. I have no exact design yet. I do know I want it to be a yellow-green-ish or have some yellow/white markings. I'll make a model. EVENTUALLY.
Like mew, until I can think of a backstory that needs specific markings or such, I'll just make grabby hands at the closest bulbasaur I see xd
Cost: UH. WHO KNOWS. If it's a custom I think 80k? /bad memory
