It had been a while two days since Claude's last training session, and so that aches and pains were almost gone entirely. Even the stiffness of his joints were easy to ignore. This could, also, he atributed to the fact that he was growing stronger, however, since the pains weren't so terrible to begin with. He smiled smugly to himself for a moment, allowing himself the pride. He swallowed it ina second, however, just as his teacher had taught him.
On this day off he'd inteded to spend it alone, just thinking about things. His thought became ever more drawn to his childhood friend, Kitten. Now, why he was thinking about her now of all times was beyond him. He hadn't seen her, yet he ketp seeing her skeletal face coloring and those peircing eyes. The spinal coloring running down her back haunted him. the stars on her legs anchanted him. But why? He'd not seen her since they were children. No doubt she was now a grown mare. There was no reason.
He sighed and dipped his head so that his nose reached the snow. He huffed and the white flakes created a violent torrent for a moment. He smield and remembered how his mother loved that. He thought about ehr often now too. Like how sad she was to see him go. He knew of her other adopted son Azzan. He knew how he'd hurt her, and swore vengence on her. How he called her a horrible mother. He hated him for that. Scarlet was a wonderful mother, there was no doubt about that. And so when Claude left Scarlet was devestated. Even when he swore to reture the second his training was over, she still cried when he left. He resolved a few weeks ago to fly back for a moment once he learned how to fly.
A cracking made him look up and to his left. He smiled at the sight of the stallion close by. So he was one of the pompous Soquili who wore rags. At least, that was what his brother Sweet called them. He had never met any, so there was nothing for him to go by.
"Hello," he called from the short distence. He gave a small smile, thought slightly put off about being wrenched from his thinking. "What brings you out on this chilly day?"
