if you want to get started in this great growing sport you need some speculations to clear up first.
paintball does not hurt thats an easy question to clear up
when you first start play with rental talk to to the refs ask them u can never know to much.
if u end up liking the sport here is how you start
assemble your money you need at least 400 bucks if u wanna start with your own gun its ok if you don't have this here is a great list buy em in order
1 buy a mask nothing is worse than renting a bad mask that fogs on you
2 hpa id u can afford 50 buck tank get a 50 if u can aford a 150 buy a 150 do not buy co2 u can use your hpa tank in the rental gun and have a huge advantage
3 a good loader again if u have 50 buy a velocity if you have 150 buy a pinokio or if you want easy access to easy clean get a rotor
4 now you have turned the rental gun into a beast so save up if you wanna go into average fun play buy a mid grade gun the 09 slg is amazing do not get the 08 it is garbage the slg is 300
if you like tournament play then the slg is a fine choice also if you get realy into paintball and wanna go for the gold get an high end ego or a bob long closer or vice
