So there's me hacking animateds and feeling very pleased with myself for FINALLY getting 6 musical notes. Off I toddle to Barton only to be told I havent finished my quest! gonk
6 notes in inventory, check! 6 notes in quest? nope.
Anyone else having problems?

Keep at it. Both me and my wife, her more than me, have had problems with some of the quests.
Sometimes we get our loot, sometimes we don't. Chances are you'll be able to get credit for that quest, and the loot, at a later point.
You should also try another server. Sometimes a glitched quest on one server works on another one.

Peter and George still don't finish their conversation with me (in the Old Aqueduct).
On my tutu account, I found that my # of animated quests were no longer counting down and so I just stopped and sat for a while and all of a sudden, they all popped up at once (as well as the drops).

Weird. Perhaps I'll have another try this evening. It wasn't th usual server that I use, new one. Well, new for me.

Well, I only have 2 notes so I don't know about that quest. But I can't finish the Elizabeth quest. My PDA says I'm done and need to talk to Elizabeth. She tells me I still have work to do and blows me off. I think it's just a glitch though because I'm pretty sure I already finished that quest and received my ring. It just won't close. sweatdrop
I'm confused by my map. The flags are supposed to show where your quests are. I have flags where all the NPCs are standing - always. It doesn't stop me from playing. It just gets me turned around in the game sometimes. sweatdrop

I've got several quests that I've finished that are still stuck open in my PDA too.
Also have the flags. The flags are showing NPCs you've spoken to. If there's one you need to talk to, it'll show up on your PDA as a question mark, not a flag. That will help you keep from getting turned around a little.
Things are definitely still glitched but the game is still Beta so there are bugs to work out.

Most of my problems seem to have fixed themselves, cept for Elizabeth. It still says to go and talk to her.

I still have the garlic one from Rancho de Bill, find the girl (Katsume) from Zen Gardens, and a few others I can't think of at the moment stuck open. Annoying but I'm just ignoring it because they won't close out.

FallenSammy's still stuck in bills ranch too, can't find any garlic sprouts.
Did Outcast ever work out how to fix that one? I know he was having trouble too.
