Alrighty, I think I should say this quick. I know that I have PPP. No big deal. But I have 3 lone bumps on my frenum. For some reason I think they're herpes. I have never had sex, but these ones scare me. I want to check, but I don't know how to do that without telling my parents. The only symptom I have is those 3 bumps. No pain. No break outs. Just those 3 bumps. I have noticed them over the past 3 years. They have never changed. There have always been those three bumps. I don't know if I've had them my entire life. I don't want to ask. I just want help on finding out if I have herpes. I know I have PPP because I know what it looks like and the other bumps are nothing like the ones you get with PPP. Is it because of my skin color? I am black and the frenum is lighter than the rest of it. To me these bumps are like the little white heads you get on your face, but they don't pop. Could they be herpes?

There's a good chance you don't have anything to panic about. But there's certainly no harm in getting them looked at either, and it'll probably set your mind at ease. You can go to www.plannedparenthood.org to find a clinic near you. Give them a call, let them know you're a guy with some bumps that you'd like looked at, let them know you don't want your parents to know about it, and see what they say. They should be able to help you out or point you in the direction of a clinic that can.

I had a similar problem, thought it was Herpes, but after a second glance, I realized they were skin tabs...I hope they don't grow to the size of a grape...My moms had skin tabs, my grandma, etc(Maybe not in the same area, but I've noticed them on their neck and whatever) If you didn't have sex or anyone's mouth near your private area, then the only way possible that can be Herpes is if you were born with it.

I think that you should get it checked by the doctor. And yeah even though it is REALLY embarrasing redface you should tell your parents....or at least your dad.
