Stormy Weather
Two boys and two girls have been kidnapped. They were all taken at different times and from different places, very different places. Each had a special power, though all of them had no control over these things. Only after being held captive for at least a month did they realize that their powers were triggered by emotion.
Storm is the man who kidnapped all the teens. He will not let anyone know his true identity for fear that they will find him and kill him. Why anyone would though is a mystery. He also will not let his assistants have any identity either. Storm has set up everything so that the families of think that they were in a car crash or were murdered. Storm is the head of G,C,&Co. This means Genes, Chromosomes, and Company. Which also results in the tests of the teens. He also knows that there may be other undiscovered 'Unknowns' as he calls them.
His assistants, Lightning and Thunder, think that their boss is crazy, but they keep their jobs because they are high paying. Lightning and Thunder are exact opposites and often get into quarrels, which causes distractions for Storm.
So one day the four decide they are going to escape from this terrible place. They are tired of being treated like lab rats. Three of them escape, the one girl, Kyla, is injured and falls behind. She promises the others that she will find them because wherever they go Storm will follow. Kyla is right, Storm is following them wherever they go. He repeatedly tries to capture them.
Will Storm capture the Unknowns? Will Kyla ever escape from the Lab? What will Lightning and Thunder quarrel about next? You decide!
Rules:

2. Bleep out curse words with !@#$% and the sort.
3. No oneliners!
4. Keep romance PG-13! (There are some younger kids on this board.)
5. Limit of three characters for now.
6. I reserve the right to add (and take I guess) rules.
7. Please, PLEASE try to use proper grammar!
8. Keep the Unknowns ages between 12-19.
9. Unknowns must have at least two powers, three would be great.
10. Keep everything within the Continental United States please!
11. For Unknowns if someone has the same power it is ok, just don't have three or more people with the same power.
12. The last rule! (I think) Even though your characters may have really cool powers/weapons they can't be invincible! They have to get hurt sometimes.
Notes:
1.If you have Storm you can't have an assistant. If you have an assistant you can't have Storm. Try to limit yourself to two Unknowns. If you do have two Unknowns only one of them can be canon. Also try to mix in normal people into the bunch.
2.The Lab that they are doing the test on the Unknowns are at various places. The one the canon characters were at is in the Appalachian mountains near Georgia.
3.There are other Unknowns, and they can meet up with the canon charcters. Some unknowns have not yet discovered their powers and have not been discovered by G,C&Co.
4.Some people can play Lab people at G,C,&Co.
5.I would like no teleknesis please. Unless you absolutely have to.
