Rhy and Elm are the sister cities. Located on opposite ends of the Straight of Saints. They are almost the same city (Which is why they are one forum). They share a harbor and have a huge bridge connecting them. The Great Bridge, as it is called, raises 200 feet in the air and is 100 feet wide.
