1/2 Teaspoon salt, and Garlic Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper, Cumin, and Oregano 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, and Pepricka 1(2lb.) Pork Loin 1 Jar of Raspberry Jam(Reserves) 1/4 cup tobasco sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make a rub with the salt, garlic powder, pepper, cumin, Oregano, cayenne pepper, and pepricka.
Apply the rub to the pork loin.
Put the Pork Loin in a pan(I'm not sure what it's called but that's what my mom has written) and insert it into the oven and let it cook for about an hour.
25 minutes before it's done, you should put the Raspberry jam and tobasco sauce into a pan and let it cook for a bit. I'd say 5 minutes but my mom, once again, was not very specific.
Take the pork loin out of the oven and put the raspberry jam onto and around the porkloin. Put it back in the oven and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
Serves: 8. Er technically, two of those 8 are little kids.

There's also a pork chop version my mom does(The only way I can eat pork chops with out feeling sick afterwards...) that taste pretty good. Could I just add that to this recipe or make a new thread/post for it?
