~ Storyline ~
"The blue planet once prospered with peace and tranqulity, until the five powerful nations fought against each other for dominance. Wars broke out throughout the lands, with various large kingdoms destroyed and many innocent lives were wasted and forgotten. With the introduction of 'Chi manipulation', spells that involve the elements that make up the planet, mankind was on the brink of extinction. It was then that an important truce must be made for their survival and the long great war was ended with only carnage left as its prize."
"A century has passed, with peace still being maintained on the planet and the large nations haven't forgotten their destructive ways. However, it was organised in a way where it can be openly accepted, and the violence was now shown as a sport. Each nation will send out their best fighters to prove their strength and intelligence in an annual tournament. Many legends have been born during the last 57 years of peaceful and entertainment. To make it interesting, each nation specialised in certain skills and attributes:
In the Sapphire Continent, a small town called Lydias owns one of the land's most successful martial arts schools. It is there that a rumored champion has returned home, still holding the title of the world's best for more than six years."
