To put it simply the shows are amazing up to now and the mangas are as well. If you havent gotten completely caught up in them I totally suggest you. The recent episodes that have aired in japan lately have been unreal and I want people to discuss them with lol. Also the naruto manga is at the point of naruto actually being at hokage level now (finally) and is getting to the ultimate climax of the series.
Basically I would move these to the top of your to watch/ to read lists (so good ive re watched them both and re read them both like 3 times lately lol)
oh and if you are still watching all the naruto episodes when he is younger still ask me if you are ready to skip a good deal yet (tons of filler for a bunch of episodes building up to shippuden)

NARUTO SHIPPUUDEN is Awesome right now, Bleach now that its past the lame filler is starting to get better, they tend to reuse movements and drag out battles too long
(and I hate staring contests!!!)

maybe use narutowire.com - they have all the episodes from 1 to 202 (as of today) with a lil pic of each episode as the link
I used the lil pics to restart from where I wanted to rewatch from a few weeks ago (wanted to see Vaizard arc again)

oh that would be the bount arc - on saturdays I am pretty sure (after the bount arc is when there are some really excellent episodes)
