(Sorry, didn't know what it was called before..xD)
I like to do this for Fire Red/Leaf Green/Ruby/Sapphire pokemon.
Looking for: Luvdisc, Lapras, Starmie (or Staryu), Bellossom, Jirachi, Mew, Manaphy, Phione, Shaymin, Gorebyss, Ninetails

That's the first time I've ever heard of it being referred to as that. Usually is called a "Data trade". Either way, sorry I don't have any Manaphy I'd be willing to trade and as Shaymin hasn't been officially released, legit US ones aren't possible. 3nodding

You can get the three legendary dogs from Pokemon Colosseum, or if you chose Squirtle as your starter in Fire Red/Leaf Green, you can find Raikou roaming after you beat the pokemon league.
They had an event for Shaymin in Japan, but they are nearly impossible to get because it can't be traded on the GTS and the only way to get a legit one is by trading with a person who went to the actual event.
