I wanted to go over with everyone here the ideas I had before I change anything. Anyone who is an active poster needs to be apart of this.

I would like to change the Tower Grounds thread to the Main Story thread

Tar Valon would become a secondary thread for side stories. In this way characters will not have to bounce around to different threads.

If I do this, I will eliminate all the other threads from posting. Anything that happens with the characters will all happen in the tower thread. I want to know what everyone feels about this.

Also I believe I am going to work the Ashaman into our story line. Branwen as keeper is going to invite them into the tower to bolster her support...how does everyone feel about this?

I like all those ideas. Main Story thread, Ashaman in story, and character list. About the two characters; I have enough troble writing for one. I always go into major detail and so by the time I'm done I need to go back and edit to make it work with what someone else posted before I finished. About the novice quarters and such you could always say that you went there in the main thread and go on with the story. You would not hear what is said in a "diferent area" and would have to be told when you meet back up with the others.

I actually like the current set up. It helps to prevent the one thread from being chaotic with so many people in so many places in the same thread. I feel that the White Tower is good as is.

As for working Asha'man into the story, I say why not? I always thought that would happen once people became Aes Sedai, so they could travel.

Still, it gets confusing if one person is at Tar Valon docks, another is in the Keeper's office, etc...You begin to loose track of where people are.

Okay you all have fantastic views on the situation but look at it from a different point of view. If you were reading this as a BOOK everything is written into one story yes?

Just because everyone is writing in one thread does not mean it will become chaotic as long as when more then one person is on at a time, we establish an order like Myrelle and Orion and I did one day.

When you read a novel everything isn't split up into different sections, its written smoothly into one novel. The wheel of time is a perfect example, look at the amount of characters and the things that go on in ONE book even. If you would like we could break it onto chapters?

Maybe once we hit a certain point in the story start a new chapter thread so that the previous thread doesnt get ridiculously long. I will go with what everyone else decides...but to be honest I am a bit overwhelmed by everything here. ^^'

I am not good at following multiple arcs in different spots...so I find it very hard to move my character about, but thats just myself and I won't force my own troubles on everyone else XD

By placing everything that happens in Tar Valon in one thread it will clear up alot of confusion, especially the confusion that a new recruit faces; which in turn will make it more likely that the new recruit stays and continues to roleplay.

If there are going to be alot of characters travelling through Telaranrhiod then a thread dedicated to it would be a good idea, however since Aria is likely the only current member capable of doing so it would probably be best for her to stay in her respected thread and post in Italics or something else that sets it apart from her normal posts.

At this point we should only have one or two roleplay threads. Either one that includes everything, or one for each tower.

Yeah, but I still like the idea of a dream thread, for reasons already stated. But yeah that sounds cool to me.

SPOILER: Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Also there's the wolf-dream. It is be expected that not just wolf brothers can do that, that normal people can to. Pulling others in was considered evil though.
