Lexie sniffed the air. Barbeque? Lexi threw in some brocoli and meat, her favorites, in the fire. To my mom. Please claim me. Lexi wished. Deep down, she knew who mom was...
She sat down at the crowded cabin table, willing orange soda to appear in her goblet, like the others were doing.

Jamie offered some of her dinner thinking 'who could be my parent, since I was adopted I always lived with 2 parent so I can't even narrow it like that' *sigh*
