"...It wasent supposed to happen like this..."
Screams filled the city as bombs went of every where.
"...They weren't supposed to die..."
Visions of the senshi lying on the ground slain as posted on the news.
"...We defeated Sailor Chaos... everything was supposed to be fixed..."
Creatures more sinister looking than the average youma filled the city streets as battle ships filled the sky.
"...I was supposed to save them from death..."
A video shows one senshi still barely alive, trying to crawl away, but being murdered by the dark looking youmas.
"...Why did this happen..."
The news ends when it shows the Royal Family being pulled out of the destroyed Crystal Palace so the people of Earth could give everyone a proper funeral.
"...It wasen't supposed to happen like this at all..."
Lone's eye shot open as he took in quick scared breaths, waking up from his drunken sleep.
"I was supposed to die. Not them."

Lone swung his legs over the side of the bed slowly as he sat up, placing his hand to the side of his head to try and stop the pounding of his hangover. Taking a deep breath, he slowly stood up and walked to the bathroom. Leaning over the sink, splashing water on his face to help him wake up, he stood back up to see his face in the mirror, seeing that he wasn't wearing his eye patch to cover his missing eye. Taking another deep breath to clear his nose, he walked over to his bed and grabbed his eye patch, putting it on before heading to the front door.
It was midnight, and even though it was, it didn't stop the race of youma that invaded 10 years ago to keep their patrols over their newest territory, Earth. Lone walked down the street, heading towards the ruins of the Crystal Palace. Once he reached them, he stopped at the edge of the crater, gazing his view at the battlefield that had not changed since the invasion. He frowned and mumbled to himself, "A race of immortals, sent to protect Earth and it's people from disaster. Pehh... 'You' were so full of S#!7." Turning around and walking away, he continued his mumbles, "If we are immortal, why am I alone." Bringing a cigar to his mouth and lighting it as he walked away from a place he once found happiness.
*20 minutes later*
Flicking the cigar butt off the ledge of a tall building he was standing on, he looked down the far fall that was awaiting him if he jumped. "It's bull S#!7. If we would of at least had a chance to rest between these events, they wouldn't be dead right now. The near collapse of the universe... the attack of Sailor Chaos... and the invasion of... these bastards. ...*Sigh*... Guess it doesn't matter anymore..." Lone closed his eyelid and turned around while extending his arms. Taking a deep breath, he began to force himself to lean back, feeling gravity begin to pull at him towards the ground below.
He also then felt something pulling at both his hands. When he open his eye to see what it was, all he saw were two figures wearing cloaks holding his arms and pulling him back. But as he was beginning to become vertical again, he could feel a force pushing at his back hard as all that escaped his lips were, "Huh?" before his face was smacked hard against the roof, knocking him out.
Lone slowly openedhis eye, seeing only blur as he mumbled, "...It's my fault..." Just after he said that, a familiar voice replied to him, "No. It's not." Lone widened his eye with a deep breath, swinging his arm towards the blur who spoke to him, but his punch was blocked before he was punched back by the other figure. Letting out a groan as he let his eye sight come back, he looked at the figures who were standing before him. "...Ruby?... ...Ether?..." Ruby smiled at him and said, "Time to get up Lone."

Lone slowly sat up, swinging his legs over the side of the bed as he placed his hand to his head. Sitting there for a few seconds, letting out a groan as though her were suffering an overhang of drinking, but it was actually a groan for what he was about to do. As Hoshi turned around, showing her back to everyone, Lone slowly began to lean forward as though he were going to stand up, but he quickly lunged at Ruby with his hands reaching out to grab her.
Ruby took a step back in surprise as Lone came towards her with the intent to hurt her. As though time now moved in slow motion, Ruby began to lean back as she avoided Lone's hands, reaching up to his body and grabbing his clothes, countering his lunge by throwing him backwards into the wall. As Lone went flying into the wall, Hoshi turned back around to see what was going on and said her friends name worriedly, "Ruby-chan?" Ruby sighed at Lone's actions and said, "I'm fine." She gave Hoshi a smile to comfort her friends worries.
Lone slowly stood back up, holding his back as he groaned, "Ghh... I'm getting too old for this crap..." Slowly turning his head to look at the two behind him, giving them cold stares with untrusting eyes, "Who the hell are you two? And don't say your Sailor Ether or Sailor Ruby. I know better than to believe to people claiming to be those two when everyone knows damn good and well that they are dead."
Hoshi stood there with a faint smile as she asked in reply, "Then what do you want us to call ourselves if we cant use our names?" Lone just stood there without a reply for a good moment before mumbling, "This wouldn't be a problem if I had my damn eye still. I'm gonna need some kinda proof that you are who you claim to be." Ruby then but her comments in, "Why should we prove we are ourselves? Why is it that you can be the only survivor? How come you can't accept the possibility that others have survived?"
Lone continued to be silent for another long moment before turning his head away and saying to the two of them, "Get out of my house." The two were shocked at he response, so Lone repeated himself, "I said, Get out of my house!" "But-" Hoshi started to plee but was stopped by Ruby. "It's OK Hoshi-chan. Lets go." Ether sighed with a frown as she mumbled, "...OK." The two of them then left Lone's place, leaving Lone to deal with himself. Lone continued to stand there, staring into the wall with a frown before taking a long deep breath and saying to himself, "...Damn it."

"Is it alright? I seemed he didn't believe us." Hoshi sadly spoke to Ruby. "If he doesn't believe us, how are we-" Ruby smiled to Hoshi as she placed her hand on her head. "Don't worry Hoshi-chan. I've known Lone for a long time. Things will turn out in our favor. Oh?" Ruby turned her attention from Hoshi to Lone as he left the apartment complex and was now outside in the sun. Ruby smiled and said, "I knew Lone would come around."
Lone stood there for a few seconds before sensing Hoshi's and Ruby's presence. Lone turned his head to look in their direction, seeing the two of them staring back at him. Lone growled before walking in the opposite direction. Ruby smiled again while slowly shaking her head, "Lone hasn't changed at all." Hoshi tugged on Ruby's arm as she exclaimed, "Come on. Let's follow him!" Ruby nodded to Hoshi and the two began to follow him.
