For all of you, who have absolutely no idea how to write the little signes above letters like ë, á, è, í, etc. here's how:
All you have to do is (And this only works for computer keyboards, for laptops you have to hold down the Fn button and do what this says) Hold down the alt button. With it held, you press certain numbers like 1, 3, and the 7. (One after the other) When you press the right combination, you release the alt button and you should end up with ë. (Or whatever other character you aimed for.)
But of course, you also have to know the right combinations ^^ Here's a complete list of all that I have saved on my desktop and their combinations:
