ALL Powers, Abilities and Skills: Can charm or corrupt mortals by suggestion, can summon and manipulate 'hell fire' a dark flame which burns cold, can summon dark beasts to do his bidding so long as he has enough souls to sacrifice to control them. As a fallen angel Vuriel still possess his wings and so can still fly, he has demonic strength, speed, reflexes, senses and dexterity. Also, since Vuriel has yet to lose his halo he can still command light or 'white' magic to heal or greatly injure other demons while still possessing the abilities of a demon himself. He can also command dark or 'black' magic commanding shadows and dark forces to help him get what he wants. Vuriel has the ability to shift between three different forms, one angellic, one demonic, and one human all of which can pass as either male, female, or genderless he has no 'in-between' form as it were for his double-nature as he still possess his halo and so cannot truly mix his abilities.
ALL Weapons, Armor, and other Equipment: A holy spear that is unbreakable and a dark circular blade which always returns to his hand and flies through the air as he bids.
Biography: Once a holy angel of god Vuriel was renowned to be the most beautiful of god's angels. More lovely than the goddess Venus or the angel Gabriel. And although he lacked the power and abilities of either and as an angel he possessed the virtues of neither gender and of both Vuriel was still beloved by god. As an angel of merciful death Vuriel would often visit the mortal world to ease the pain of the dying, until one day he came and found only the demon Mephistopheles waiting for him. Captured Vuriel spent one thousand years enduring every torture the demon could perform upon his body without killing him, twisting his mind and forcing him to endure pain immeasurable. And then at last Mephistopheles released him and Vuriel was returned to heaven.
However upon his return it was obvious that something was not right with the angel and several weeks later it became all the more obvious when Vuriel's friend and brother was found dead, his heart in Vuriel's hand. Despite Vuriel's act God still loved him and so cast him from heaven with his halo and beauty intact. Vuriel had been tainted in the years he had been under Mephistopheles rule and so now found nothing to do but return to him. For Vuriel had gone mad in the thousand years of torture he endured and so now believed himself in love with the demon Mephistopheles and believed that he had shown him that the only true mercy to humans was to show them their lives under his rule. And since Vuriel has spent his days close to his beloved lord corrupting the humans below him, tainting them as he had been tainted, until at last slaughtering them and giving their souls back to the god who had forced him to fall but had not tried to save him.
