The Kurenai Mori, Crimson Forest, is a forest few have ever come out of. It is said to contain herbs that heal any illness. There is a temple in a clearing not too far into the forest. It is the only place in the forest people come out of. In fact, nobody has ever gone missing in the temple.
The temple has several chambers. Each contains a different sacred object. Nobody has discovered their purpose. There are five rooms: Naiya, Shinju, Safaia, Emerarudo, and Rubi. Each has it's own guardian spirit, which no one has seen, except on rare occasions, on the day of the Festival of Time, every hundred years. It has been 100 years since the last sighting...
