The scorching mid-summer sun is shining its rays upon Harajuku, the humid air and temperature would make anyone want to stay inside, but despite the heat it seems that various people have actually crawled out of their 'hiding' places to gather at Nobara Hall, a theatre to be used for an audition by the founders of the still unformed band 'Yousei' (妖精, fairy/sprite). Said founders are a couple and have resently decided to start the band, those are Seiyuu Fei, vocalist, and Hiroki Taneda, songwriter. Flyers had been posted ever since early July all around the Shibuya area and all that is left to do now... is the audition. The date is the fourth of august. Who will show up and who won't? And most importantly who will be those picked out of the lot to be welcomed in the band?

Standing there, Adda stood with a confounded, dumbfounded, and apparently quite lost expression. From overhearing from a pair of co-workers who were talking at the cosplay cafe, Adda came to believe that there was going to be a Yaoi convention at Nobara Hall. She herself found it odd to have such a wondrous event occur at a theatrical atmosphere, but Adda was happy nonetheless to go. Adda heard the event would occur during the fourth of August. However, she had heard wrong. In truth, the actual date was on the fourteenth of August. Adda earned her answer when she reached the hall upon the date. There was no convention.
However, there was something even better. There was auditions being held for for the band Yousei and this made Adda click with glee. The area seemed to be packed with other potential people, some looking as they probably had much more experience than Adda in the field of music. Searching about, Adda caught sight of a pair of drums. Her finger twitched as they flew passed her gaze. She has never played an actual pair of drums before, but she had banged against pots and pans. That's right. Just like any typical child at probably around the age of two who has ventured into the kitchen has probably done this, not making Adda an exception. She had a typical understanding on how to play drums, but she actually played a set before.
Doing something very brave and bold, she bumped and pushed passed people, keeping her eyes on her prize. She finally made it to the stage and looked about to make sure no one was paying attention to her. When there didn't seem to be any, Adda fiddled with the high hat. The golden cymbals clashed slightly and Adda jumped when it did not, holding the high hat between forefinger and thumb. She just smiled to herself as she turned and sat upon the chair set behind the large musical instrument.
Adda appeared quite small behind the drum set, so she was hardly seen. She poked her finger at the snare drum set in front of her and her finger bounced back as she drum made a slight "bump". That's when she couldn't take it anymore. She wanted to play, she wanted to try it out for once. There was a pair of drum sticks stacked on top of a music stand set away from the drum set. As she picked off the sticks from the stand, Adda tapped the tip of one of them onto the high hat. It simmered with an echo before Adda began. Immediately afterwords, Adda broke out into beat as the people of the hall turned to watch her play. She kept ticking in her head that drum playing was a repetitive action. Add some extra kick drum beats, some fast drum drives and she would have her fill of fun. Adda played for a good minute or two before the stick went flying up.
Adda watched in malice as the stick ricocheted off the second high hat and hit her in her forehead. Laughter came from the crowd as Adda ran off stage. How embarrassing!

Alastair glanced over her shoulder as he saw Adda running off the stage, and he gulped. Were the judges that mean, or what? He patted the dark red Washburn XB600 that was around his neck on its strap, sweating a bit as his finger ran down the painted golden dragon that spiraled to the left of the six strings. His crimson pick was held tight inbetween his fingers as he walked out on stage, going over the familiar part in his mind as a quick rundown. He had practiced this a while ago, not really intending to do anything with it, but when Alastair had seen a flyer for the band, he had wanted to try out.
With an air of confidence he didn't normally have, Alastair walked out onto the stage, a small grin of satisfaction on his face.
He took hold of his bass guitar and began playing one of the good bass parts from Metropolis, a song he had memorized back when he had practiced the bass all the time. His glasses shone in the spotlights with a glare, but he heeded the flashes not as he began to get into the song. The song flowed smoothly out through the air, and Alastair was sure that he could do this right.
Things were going well until Alastair heard a small clashing sound in his notes, and he flinched slightly at the sound. What would that count off on his overall score? Surely it wouldn't matter too much...his confidence began to falter as he continued on, slipping up two more times before the audition was over.
As Alastair walked off the stage, he heard faint clapping, and he glowed, a soft smile coming across his face.

"Hmmmm~ you're good, huh?" Riya said in a low tone of voice as he blew away some smoke from the cigarette that until moments ago was resting betweenhis lips. Now it was held between the middle and index fingers of his right hand, hence allowing him to talk. He was leaned against the wall in a lazy manner as the dark-haired girl ran past him, embarassed for what hapenned on stage. He had been watching her for a small while to know what had happenned. "You... don't need to fight with the drums in order to play it, you know..." he trailled off giving a small shrug as he crossed his arms over his chest. He too had a brief knowledge of using drums, about the same level he had with almost every instrument since when he was small his father had appeared quite fixated on him getting an all-round knowledge on music. He ended up abandoning most instruments afterwards so he was completely useless playing them -even so, he still did remember some basic stuff-.
He had tagged along for the fun of it -actually, he was supposed to be tagging along for the fun of it several months ago, however he did know when he agreed that Taneda was going to somehow talk him in the band- so there he was today -as the third member of the band-, listenning from the backstage rather than the audience not because he found it uncomfortable to stare at the people on stage but rather because he simply wanted to smoke. So far he had heard several drummers, however he did know potential when he would stumble on it... and he was convinced he couldr convince Taneda -because it was initially his word that counted the most- to let the girl tag along and if not, let her try a second time. The funny thing was that he hadn't expected he would actually get to make a pick, or even influence either of the lovey-dovey couple currently in the audience in making one. But there he was, forced to take the initiative -as always- since most people seemed to somehow come to the conclusion he was fit to be a leader and so he was thrown-reluctantly so- to such positions all the time.
"You're a natural, eh?" he said with a small smile, putting out his cigarette and placing either hand in his jacket's pockets while tacking a pair of steps in her direction.

Adda blinked lightly as her ears took hold of the voice directed towards her. She blinked at the last comment made before stammering, "M-me? Oh no no....No no no...no no no. Oh no...N-Not natural. Just having fun, having fun!" Her mind had been so displaced while playing the drums she had forgotten that a large majority of the male party was also in the hall. Fear daggered through his insides and welled up in her stomach. The turning feeling from her earlier snack came up and caused her to burp slightly.
"Um, um." she said as she felt her knees buckle. They were ready to give in at any moment. Adda's nose reacted to the light smell of cigarette ashes and caused her to wrinkle her nose slightly. She was never pleased with the use of tobacco. Shaking her head of thoughts, Adda blinked again before stepping back as the male took two steps forward. "I um, I play sometimes. Not all the time. Sometimes. Just some times. I am not an addict I swear!" Switch the word "play" with "read" and this would just be like a conversation with her therapist. Hell, we all need someone to talk to right?

Riya sighed. Too loud... too damn loud... and so much as well as fast. Why couldn't that girl just speak calmly? Straightening his back he just looked over at her or a few moments. "It's... not a bad thing, in case you thought otherwise." he said with a small smile, while stretching either arm over his head. He lazily leaned back against the wall, not really feeling doing anything more than that. Someone playing the bass could be heard playing from the stage, they were really good as well, Riya noticed.
He yawned a little. Whatever Taneda was thinking, choosing such a boring place for an audition...? he thought to himself. Remembering he never introduced himself he extended a hand to the girls direction. "Sakamoto Riya." he simply said for himself. "I...uhh..." he paused for a moment "I'm the band's rhythm guitarist." he finally said. 'Forced rhythm guitarist' he repeated in his head.

Who ever said money didn't make you happy was both right and wrong. Whereas it made things much easier, kept your stomach full, your body clothed, a roof over your head... it was throughly BORING! The twins had more money now than they ever even knew existed, yet it didn't take long for the two to quickly do all the things they ever wanted to do... and quickly get tired of it all. They surrounded themselves with things, yet the things soon lost their satisfaction. They were lonely... they longed to be around others their own age rather than the tiring millions of older staff members at the mansion.
Days before, during one of their nearly daily shopping trips, they had stumbled upon a flier. Greedily, Desdemona snatched it up, pushing it into one of her many pockets before their escort noticed. That night the twins read it by the light of the moon and secretly agreed to attend the event. They enjoyed music and wanted to see the try outs. Besides, it surely would be much more interesting than another shopping trip!
The two were decked in their finest lolita fashion; gloves, petticoats, lace parasols, tiny little hats, etc. They were fearful of not being liked, they were of course a different color... and their eyes were wider than that of the others around them... Their hands clung to each others, fearing the rejection they felt they deserved.
Doors banged open as they walked into the theatre, they didn't realize how easy it would be to open... it seemed they were used to the heavy wood doors of their mansion. Alexandria quickly clung to Desdemona, fearing the eyes that surely would fall upon them... Yet maybe, just maybe no one would notice?

A silver haired man looked on at his destination, wondering what had possessed him to come. Well, his brother for one, saying it could be the break he needed, and he had stupidly listened because he couldn't disagree with those eyes Mikuo made at him. "******** puppy dog eyes, it shouldn't even be possible! A grown man making those faces." He complained, walking with a confident yet cautious posture, which made him think of the second reason, that it could be nothing more than a well thought out trap, which is why Minoru brought his sword along. Never go unprepared, he had tried to tell Mikuo, who had surprisingly listened, though he wished he'd keep the Ferus in a constant attack position, so lost in his thoughts, Minoru didn't notice he was at the door, until he bumped into it. "********! Who the hell....oh." Making sure noone heard, he went in, expecting anything.
