Disappointment in movies?

How often do you go to see a movie in a theater (rather than renting) and been disappointed?

It's happened to me quite a bit -- the last five times I've gone to a movie, when it was done my first thought was "I wasted $15 on that."

I've had somewhat better luck with movies on DVD. Maybe the threshold is lower because they are rented, and expectations aren't so high?
